How to cultivate students' listening habits and implement the plan
The implementation plan of cultivating students' listening habits;

First, strengthen the training of listening ability, so that students can listen.

Listening, as a basic skill of human beings, can be continuously improved and perfected through the guidance and training of teachers. In teaching, teachers often use oral arithmetic exercises to improve students' computing ability, which can be divided into visual arithmetic and listening arithmetic. In practice, I not only practice visual arithmetic, but also often practice listening arithmetic, which not only changes the single practice mode, but also helps to stimulate students' interest in practice and gradually improve their listening ability. Not only must you be able to calculate, but you should also pay attention to it. Only when you listen clearly can you be correct. In teaching, I often only report the calculation formula, so that one student can answer directly, and the rest of the students quickly use gestures to indicate right or wrong, so that students must listen carefully to the lecture before they can respond correctly.

Second, strengthen the cultivation of listening habits so that students can listen well.

Good study habits are the cornerstone of one's success. Compared with listening ability, the cultivation of listening habits needs the guidance of teachers.

1, clear requirements, strengthen listening.

First of all, we must solemnly emphasize that listening and speaking are equally important, saying that we express our views and let others understand. Listening is to respect others and understand what others mean; Speak boldly and listen attentively. Teachers appreciate children who talk actively, and they also like students who listen attentively. On the basis of listening attentively, they will produce their own opinions and express their opinions, which is the highest state of listening.

2, step by step training, and gradually improve the requirements

The formation of habits was not built in a day, and teachers need to be conscientious people in daily teaching and gradually cultivate them carefully. I try to implement different training contents in stages, step by step and spiral up.

(1) Teach students how to "listen" and let them listen.

When listening to a classmate's speech, let the students look at their classmates' faces and concentrate wholeheartedly. If the students' answers are consistent with their own ideas, they will smile and nod their heads in agreement. Let the students understand that listening to other people's speeches is not just "lively", but always accompanied.

(2) Listen to the words before expressing opinions.

Ask students to control their emotions. Even if you have a problem with other people's speeches, wait until others have finished speaking. This will not only satisfy the children's desire for expression as much as possible, but also allow each student to express his own opinions.

(3) Retelling or relaying other people's speeches

Retelling is a good training method, which often makes students stand up and retell the teacher's words or classmates' speeches, so that students know that they can't retell others' speeches without paying attention, and gradually learn to grasp the essence of others' speeches and correctly understand others' meanings.

(4) It is very important to learn how to get useful information from others, analyze, synthesize and perfect it, and make it for your own use. Only by listening to others' speeches clearly and understanding them to a real degree can you make full use of others' research results, get inspiration from them, stand on others' shoulders and achieve results faster. This is a person with strong learning ability.

3. Seize the opportunity and reward listening.

In teaching, we should not stop rewarding students' listening, but also pay attention to timeliness, fairness and frequency, because only in this way can we promote the cultivation of students' listening habits and ensure the sustainable development of students' listening ability.

Only by listening carefully can we understand what others mean, achieve the purpose of communication, and win our own expression to be heard by others. An efficient classroom should not only encourage students to "love to talk", but also guide students to "listen" and advocate students to "think more". Our pursuit of lively classroom is not only an external form, but also an internal and deep-seated "quick thinking".

In view of the weakness of primary school students' strong desire for self-expression, impetuous and unrealistic, teachers should let students learn to "reflect" themselves. Develop the habit of self-reflection on the basis of fully expressing your own views and opinions. First of all, we should train and teach students how to listen to others' opinions, how to summarize them, how to improve and develop their own opinions inspired by others' opinions, how to express their opinions clearly, how to boldly put forward their own different opinions, encourage students to argue and debate, and what attitude to accept others' correct opinions. For the thinking obstacles formed by a few students in the learning process, teachers should promptly regulate them, so that students with good grades can't look down on students with poor grades, and students who are temporarily behind can't feel inferior. Instead, they should advocate mutual help and group learning.
