In theory, Quanzhen Daoism is actually to expound Yang Zhu's "Quanzhen" thought. Although Quanzhen Taoism says "benefiting others", it still "values itself". It is not unreasonable to say that the whole truth theory is the reappearance of Yang Zhu Thought.

Taoism and Yang Zhu thought are essentially the same. This idea that foreign things hurt people, so they advocate getting something for nothing is reflected in Taoist books. Taoism attaches importance to "harmony" and advocates "nine observances", namely, harmony, spirit, qi, benevolence, simplicity, purity, surplus and weakness. The main principle of doctrine is not to be tired and hurt by foreign objects. "The old man said: to light up the world means that God is not tired, everything is fine but his heart is not chaotic. The Taoist masterpiece "On Sitting and Forgetting" also elaborated this theory, saying: "A wife's life must be based on things, and things are everything, and she can't just entrust one person. Seeking things from the outside, knowing from the inside, knowing that there are points in life, no points in doing nothing, improper governor, improper doing nothing, hurting wisdom, and excessive doing things will destroy both form and spirit. What is the feeling and way when you are upset? ..... You must go to what you don't need in life, and you must give up what you need in life. Wealth hurts people, and accumulated disadvantages hurt people. Although I am still very tired, what is the situation? "There are many fasts in Taoism, and its thought also stems from' not accumulating things', which believes that greed is harmful to life.

(4) My life, my life is influenced by my Taoist thought. I think that foreign things hurt people's lives. If people pursue fame and fortune excessively and go against nature, they will be led by foreign things and dominate their own destiny. If you can get rid of things, have nothing, have a proper demand for foreign things, conform to nature, be disobedient, not greedy, not envious of fame and fortune, not strong, not wanting anything, not harming others, and be fearless, you can control your own destiny. This is the so-called "control of life". The Taoist school of self-cultivation advocates that "my life belongs to me, not to heaven and earth", cultivate self-cultivation and achieve immortality. For example, the western ascension classic says, "Lao Tzu said that my life is in me, not in heaven and earth." I don't care. I don't know. God was born long. I rule in harmony with heaven and earth, and I am self-sufficient Ineffective people do good, don't be righteous, don't be loyal, don't be respectful, don't have sex, everything is beneficial, and they are often indifferent and return home. " "Taiyi Dijun Jing": "If you seek the Tao and make your heart right, then heaven and earth can't violate it. I don't care about being tired, I avoid honor and benefit, and I am willing to be bitter and keep thinking. When Le Jing is in the secluded wall, people who learn Tao can only persuade him with words. " "True Letters Patent": "The virtue of self-cultivation is true. A gentleman is a man, morality is his duty, purity is a teacher, Taihe is a friend, mystery is silent, poverty is extreme, Tao is at the root, seeking the unknown, good people reward themselves, and evil people punish themselves, so they are invincible. " "The Secret Law": "The husband's Tao and God are self-absorbed, carefree, accumulated, and out of life and death. Therefore, it is true that a gentleman is greedy, clever, colorless, silent, indifferent, pure, clear-minded and insatiable.
