Method for boiling black sesame paste with milk;

Ingredients: 30g black sesame, 20g glutinous rice flour, two bowls of milk (or clear water) or two spoonfuls of milk powder, and appropriate amount of sugar.

Practice: Wash black sesame seeds and put them in a wok. Stir-fry over medium heat until completely dry, and turn to low heat. Slowly, sesame will jump around in the pot and get fired. Stir-fried black sesame seeds are ground into powder with a blender (generally with grinding function) and mixed with sticky rice flour. If there is milk, pour it directly into cold milk. If milk powder is used, mix sticky rice flour with black sesame powder and pour it into cold water. Stir well. Boil on medium heat, stir while cooking until it boils into a paste, add sugar and stir well.
