Low powder 140g, lard 70g.

Milk yellow filling:

40g corn oil/butter, 35g sugar, 2 egg yolks, 50g milk 160g corn starch, 40g milk powder and 5g custard powder.

Purple potato stuffing/taro paste stuffing:

200g of purple potato/taro paste, 30g of sugar, 0/0g of condensed milk/kloc, and 0/0g of butter/kloc.

Oil skin part:

Fine sugar 15g, lard 15g, water 35g, low gluten flour 20g, high gluten 40g.

Crispy part:

Low gluten flour 60g, lard 30g.

Stuffing:

Red bean paste 18g/ piece, half of egg yolk/piece.
