After the San Francisco Rebellion, the Qing court confiscated San Francisco officials as military salaries and took San Francisco back to the capital. In addition to the Wu Sangui department transferred to the border post, Taiwan Province service, the rest of the ministries are incorporated into the Eight Banners.
