Chayaogou Village was founded in the autumn of 1976. It is composed of three production teams transferred from Hangou Production Brigade, the former head of Husiliang People's Commune, and belongs to Husiliang People's Commune. The first secretary is Gao and the village director is Gao. The main task at that time was to build farmland water conservancy. In the process of irrigation and water conservancy construction, the Boshitai Production Brigade in Boshitaichuan and Xu Hai Tu People's Commune had conflicts. In order to solve the contradiction between the two people's communes, the Banner People's Government decided in the autumn of 1978 to divide Xiatang public grain cooperative and Dajing production team into Chayaogou. During this period, his main tasks are to carry out household production quotas, livestock contracting, artificial rock pulling, pumping and digging cars, planting lemons on a large scale, restoring ecological vegetation and planting more than 30 thousand mu of lemons.

Chayaogou village covers an area of 108 square kilometers, and there are 328 households in five villagers' groups with a total population of 985.
