(Note): In terms of footwork, it is still a trip. Move your hands together and cooperate closely. From the foot, it's like the shadow of the hand, the power turns up, and it's like a boulder falling into the water, and the power rushes down. Kicking is the most taboo. Because your feet are empty, Gai will uproot himself first, and it is easy to be led by others. When you touch your foot, you should step on it. At first, they will step on each other's feet straight, two conjectures or two knees, just like civet cats climb trees with their limbs. If you use civet cats to climb trees, you can climb on all fours. If you hit with your knees, it is extremely powerful to lift your knees and point them straight at your opponent's genitals, abdomen or chest. The technique and footwork are the same. However, when using footwork, it is particularly important to know that moving like a tiger without a trace will benefit you a lot.
(Boxing Classics Cloud): It rises without a trace, but ends without a trace, like a gust of wind. If you don't start from a distance, you lose. Practice of rubbing steps
1, fixed step friction step.
This is the practice of stepping into the door by friction, that is, standing in place at a fixed pace. Its purpose is to make practitioners adapt to this method, lay a foundation for future walking exercises, and gradually improve their skills.
The beginning of the rubbing step can start from the attention posture. First, focus on a fixed goal in front of you. Take the first right foot as an example. Legs and knees are slightly bent, and the back of the body seems to lean against the tree. Hands are left and right apart, palms down, assuming that your hands are supported on the railings on both sides, then you can only support them with unrealistic intentions (Figure 1).
Immediately, I began to take a step forward with my right foot. When lifting my feet, I imagine that my whole body is carrying my hind feet, and my heels will pull my soles up to a height of about one centimeter from the ground. At the same time, I imagined that there seemed to be a line on my right knee, pulling my right foot out of the mud and slowly moving forward along the inside of my left palm. I imagined that my right foot would step on a round stick and move forward slowly. At this time, I should carefully understand that my right leg, knees and toes will slowly push the mud and sand away. Under the palm of your right foot, you should realize that the round stick is difficult to roll on the uneven ground, and it also means that the left hind leg pushes the right leg. At this time, the right foot slowly moves forward to a distance of about one foot from the toe of the left foot. When the knee of the right leg looks straight, don't move forward (Figure 2).
At this time, after the right foot moved to the position of eight steps, it began to move slowly backwards. At this time, my mind imagined that my right leg slowly opened the mud behind my right leg and the heel of my right foot, and the wooden stick standing under my right palm slowly rolled back on the uneven ground. When you retreat, you should carefully understand the resistance of the right leg and right foot to slowly open the mud, and the spring of the right palm is contending up and down. At this time, the body is naturally upright, and the left leg and knee are bent, which is beneficial to the stability of the body (Figure 3).
At this point, the right hind leg retreats to the position of eight steps, starting from the tip of the right foot, the right hind leg slowly moves forward and inward obliquely to the front of the left heel, and slowly returns to the fixed position. When moving forward, the right leg should always pay attention to the fact that the springs associated with the upper and lower sides of the right foot have the meaning of competing with each other (Figure 4).
Step-by-step friction practice is actually the practice of drawing a circle on the right leg in situ. When rotating in place, always feel the resistance of leg movement and the significance of the spring connected with the foot up and down. No matter how you move, you must keep resisting. With the improvement of the level, this kind of resistance will become stronger and stronger, but it must be intentional and not forced. At the same time, the left and right feet should exchange exercises, especially on the weak side.
2, walking friction step
Walking the friction step is an exercise of walking the friction step, which increases the technical difficulty compared with stepping. The practice of walking friction step should start from the eight-step posture of tapping piles, with palms facing down and fingers facing each other. The mind imagines that the hands and arms are loosely placed on the railing to keep the balance of the body. My mind imagines my legs and feet stepping in the mud, and my torso above my thighs imagines standing in the water, with my left foot in front and my right foot behind, slowly squeezing the mud (Figure 5).
At this time, the right foot pushes forward and the body moves forward slowly. Suppose there is really a sense of resistance to squeezing mud up and down. When walking, the knee joint of the left leg bends, and the center of gravity slowly moves to the left front foot, with the center of gravity in the first seven and the last three (Figure 6).
The right foot moves slowly in front of the left foot, and the spring connected between the head of the right foot and the palm maintains competition. When moving forward, the idea of the leg requires that the right foot go straight along the front of the left foot until it exceeds the length of the left toe by about one foot, and then it begins to move diagonally forward. At this time, the right foot slowly moves to the position of eight-step pile method, the right front sole lightly steps on the ground, and the rear heel slightly leaves the ground. At this time, the center of gravity of the body is the front three and the back seven (Figure 7 and Figure 8).
At this time, the body moves in front of the right foot, and the right palm is fully implemented. After the implementation, the body center of gravity slowly moves forward to the right leg. At this time, the palm of the right foot begins to push forward, the knee joint of the right leg bends, and the whole body slowly pulls the left leg and the left foot out of the mud, and the whole sole is parallel to the ground. This idea requires the right foot and right leg to move forward alternately (Figure 9~ 1 1).
The basic practice method of Quan Yi's rubbing step can be summarized as four words: lifting, kicking, scraping and shrinking. ? Mention? Lift your knees with your fingers; ? Kick? It refers to the action of stepping on the foot first and then pedaling, that is, when stepping on the foot; ? Hey? That is, when landing, gently lick the ground with five toes; ? Shrinkage?
