Hold back anger
The way a person looks when he is angry often hides his truest character and accomplishment. Everyone is angry sometimes, but the worse the ability, the easier it is to lose his temper.

A long time ago, there were two videos that took place at the airport, which formed a sharp contrast. The plane delayed passengers and had to spend the night at the airport. The scene was a mess. Among them, a boy in the video has been shouting at the aviation staff in public after learning of the delay, growling "I want to fly, I want to fly".

The girl in another video is also annoyed by the delay, but the difference is that she has a well-founded and methodical expression of her dissatisfaction and demands to the airline staff. First of all, she pointed out the improper handling of the airline. When passengers get off the plane, the airline will let an employee who has no right to speak inform the passengers that the airline is perfunctory.

Then she cited laws and regulations to make demands on all passengers.

First, now that the air conditioning in the airport is off, it's stuffy, so we need to solve the accommodation problem.

Second, due economic compensation.

Third, return and change your visa for free.

Fourth, arrange alternative flights.

Whether a person expresses anger reasonably or growls wantonly reflects a person's bottom line education. An uneducated person will only express his emotions by losing his temper, regardless of other people's feelings. Educated people are not without temper, but express their emotions in appropriate ways. Look at a person's character cultivation, not how knowledgeable he is, but his attitude towards the people around him and his inner upbringing when he is angry.

There is a saying that a calm person can't make friends. There is never a shortage of gentle people in life, only those who can bear the burden of humiliation when they lack meaning.

Those who irritate a person to observe and judge his character and accomplishment, can restrain their emotions from being harsh, and don't show their faces when they encounter angry things, are naturally educated.

Compared with people who are grumpy when they disagree, people who can maintain their self-cultivation in anger are the most worthy of making friends. Temper is like a sunny day, glory is exiled everywhere.

The wise don't get angry, the good don't complain, and the great wise have both self-restraint and compassion for the world.
