Several methods of gathering yang by walking, living, sitting and lying down
My body is rather heavy in yin and weak at first, so I am very sensitive to the loss of yang. At first, I was most afraid of sitting in front of the computer for a long time. After sitting for a while, you have to turn off the computer for a while, go to activities, or chant Buddhist scripture. Because of this modern appliance, people have a strong yang.

Later, I gradually got better and had the strength to walk. Although I don't feel too uncomfortable working in front of the computer for a long time, if I pay special attention to the screen, my eyes will be very tired after a period of time, and my vision will drop rapidly, only to know that the essence is released from my eyes and cannot be accumulated. This time, I was forced to learn the method of using my eyes that Master taught me a long time ago: narrowing my eyes, looking faintly, and inhaling from the outside, instead of opening my eyes and looking out. This method was effective that day, and the mood gradually stabilized.

Tired after working for a while, I just felt like having a rest, so I lay down. When you lie down, you will relax and feel comfortable. But after careful understanding, I think it is wrong. What little sun be the spirit disappeared in this relaxation, seriously lost. It seems that any escape is a psychedelic drug, which makes you lose energy in an illusory comfort. So I stand up, do sports, or play Baduan brocade. If you really need to lie down and rest, it will be much better to change your lucky posture.

It can be seen that walking, living, sitting and lying have great influence on body and mind.

Through experience, I found that when I am very tired, especially when the yang is insufficient, I like to shrink my neck and bow my back, but the more I do, the less strength I have and I will soon fall down. Learn from the ancient people sitting on solid wood rattan chairs: straight back, erect waist, upright heart, a man's spirit, those faded moods and weak psychology, all of a sudden disappeared without a trace.

This also includes standing on your feet, keeping your body upright and paying attention inward, because you know that everything is self-conscious, so you don't climb outside, and then you have a compassionate and gentle attitude. Because the inner strength comes from compassion, a kind of compassion without self, which is very suitable for practitioners to do anything and keep this state in their daily practice.

When standing, the most taboo thing is to lean against the wall, tilt your head, squint at the past, or blink ... To tell the truth, at the beginning, it was this virtue that was scolded many times before it gradually changed. Now I really understand that it is very seductive and increases attachment. Alas, what impressed me most was that when you were tired from work and leaned against the wall, the teacher scolded you as soon as he saw it: If you do that again, you will become a Buddha forever! Confess!

"People who study Buddhism should stand on the ground and put their feet three feet underground." (Chang Zhen, an old monk)

When walking, my heart is always on others. Walking lightly, limply, twisting my waist and taking small steps is very feminine-this is an obvious habit of being a family member. Everything is my own, why should I care! Put your heart under your feet! ) Later, after I recited the Book of Wang Renjing much more, I became more aware of my every move, every gesture, and naturally looked down on everything around me, only to understand why the quieter my heart is, the greater the scope of my hallucinations; I understand why Prajna practices meditation.

In fact, what I said above is all technical. What I really use is the Buddhist saying: "I am convinced that the mountains and rivers are all conscious, so I won't think ..." Here, I can't reach "Amitabha". From the point of view of achievement method, the four instruments are well prepared and well expressed, and playing more than eight pieces of brocade at the same time has benefited a lot.

There is no Tibetan king and bodhisattva in the south! Thanks to Master, Uncle and Jenny.
