As long as there are patches of trees, you can enjoy a forest bath. In foreign countries, a synthetic substance is made by using modern technology to replace Fandarin for indoor bathing or spraying, so that busy modern people can feel the fragrance of trees at home and enjoy the comfort of forest bathing. In Germany, there is a bottled "leaf essential oil", which is extracted from needles. Soak in the bathtub when taking a shower, and it smells great in an instant. I feel refreshed after washing. There is a kind of bath powder in Japan called "forest spring", which also makes people enjoy the feeling and breath of forest bath when taking a bath; There is also an essential oil "forest breath" extracted from alder, which is sprayed indoors to give off "forest breath". Another way to return to nature is to bathe in wooden barrels. The texture, color and aroma of wood are refreshing, and it is a good way to have a healthy and delicious forest bath at home.
