The 4.588 billion domestic unlisted shares held by 70 shareholders including Nongfu Spring Shareholder Yangshengtang Co., Ltd. are allowed to be converted into overseas listed shares, and the relevant shares can be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after conversion.
