Professor Lin Dingkun, director of the Department of Orthopaedics of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said that Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of chronic bone disease is three factors: retrogression and strain of bones and muscles, loss of qi and blood, and accumulation of concurrent evils. Among them, tendon injury and weakness are the earliest and most important factors. The main wind in spring corresponds to human liver qi; Liver stores blood, main reinforcement. Therefore, nourishing tendons requires nourishing the liver. With sufficient liver blood, muscles will be nourished.
In addition to proper exercise, to achieve what Chinese medicine calls "external exercises can replenish qi and blood", diet regulation can also make a difference. Professor Lin Dingkun recommended a strong gluten soup, which is a change from the classic Siwu soup, but besides ladies, the elderly or young people can also drink it after staying up late.
Siwutang can strengthen bones and muscles.
Angelica sinensis, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong are commonly used in medicated diet, and become well-known "Siwu Decoction". But many people don't know that Siwutang is not only for regulating menstruation for women.
Professor Lin Dingkun said that Siwutang actually came from the monograph of orthopedics and traumatology "The Secret Recipe of Dipsacus in Traumatology and Immortality" written by Lin Daoren in Tang Dynasty, which had nourishing effect on liver blood deficiency and exhaustion. Later generations not only used it to treat blood deficiency, but also used it to treat muscle weakness and dysmenorrhea, so it is now familiar to women.
The Qiangjin Decoction recommended by Lin Dingkun today is based on Siwu Decoction, adding black-bone chicken and ginseng to enhance nourishing blood, softening liver and qi and blood.
Can't eat when exogenous diseases, constipation and diarrhea occur.
This soup can be used for middle-aged women, especially before and after menopause, with poor finger joint movement, joint pain, or pain after exercise, or dull complexion and restless sleep. The elderly are weak in qi and blood, and their bones and muscles are sore; Young people stay up too much; Or women with heavy menstrual flow, pale lips and weak hands and feet are all suitable for diet therapy.
Once a day, 3 ~ 5 times in a row; Or 1-2 times a week for 3 to 6 weeks.
If a woman with normal menstrual period has chronic bone and muscle diseases, she can also eat for 3 months 3 days after menstruation at the same time of treatment.
However, Lin Dingkun warned:
Can't eat when exogenous diseases, constipation and diarrhea occur; The tongue coating is yellow and greasy, and you can't eat it when the gastrointestinal function is not good.
If you have a bad appetite, eat Sijunzi soup first, or ask Chinese medicine to recuperate, and then eat this soup when your appetite is open.
Those with obvious joint pain, or those who have been diagnosed with related diseases, should consult relevant experts before taking this soup.
In addition, ginseng in Changbai Mountain is more suitable. People with cold constitution can also use red ginseng instead of American ginseng.
