Wang Qingren wrote a book about his life experience, named "Lin Yi corrects mistakes", which recorded many prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Among them, the classic ones are Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and Shentong Zhuyu Decoction. 1, Tongqiao Huoxue decoction
Chinese medicine generally classifies "orifices" into nine parts, including eyes, ears, nose, mouth and front and back yin, among which there are seven orifices in the head and face. Therefore, Tongqiao Huoxue decoction specializes in treating head blood stasis.
What happens if there is congestion in the head?
Like hair loss. My hair is fine. Why did you take it off?
It turns out that there is a layer of congestion between hair and fur. This kind of congestion is like a roadblock, which will block the qi and blood and all kinds of nutrients there, and the hair will naturally fall if it is not nourished. Therefore, hair loss can not be achieved by makeup. No matter how much it is mended, the body can't absorb it. What should you do? Dissolve this layer of congestion with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction, and your hair will grow back.
Another example is deafness. This is congestion stuck in the ear hole, which is the channel for the body to communicate with the outside world, just like the window in your home. If you close the window, can you still hear the birds and insects outside? Tongqiao Huoxue decoction can slowly open the closed ear orifice.

Then there is rosacea, the nose is red, and red represents stomach meridian heat. At this time, you can use the method of clearing heat and detoxifying. If the color changes from bright red to dark red, it is blood stasis, and Tongqiao Huoxue decoction should be used.
Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction: 3g of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 3g of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 9g of Semen Persicae (ground), 7g of Fructus Jujubae (pitted), 9g of Carthami Flos, 3g of old onion (chopped), 9g of ginger (chopped) and 0. 15g of musk (wrapped).
It contains a powerful Chinese medicine, musk. The smell of musk, no matter how you hide it, can't be hidden, so its function is just one word. Some tiny holes in the body contain blood stasis, and it is difficult for ordinary drugs to enter, so musk can enter and melt the blood stasis. However, the price of musk medicine is high, and it can be replaced by angelica dahurica 10- 15g.
2. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction
Blood mansion refers to the chest. The ancients thought that the chest was the place where blood gathered, so blood stasis stayed in the chest, causing all kinds of pain, whether it was hypochondriac pain, epigastric pain or back pain. As long as the sting is still there, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is effective.
And insomnia and dreams. Either it is difficult to fall asleep, or you will have all kinds of strange dreams after falling asleep. I can't remember clearly after waking up, but I feel very tired. Both cases can be treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.
My heart is always pounding, and it doesn't work to use qi-invigorating and blood-nourishing drugs. Also think about whether there is blood stasis stuck in the blood vessels, which prevents fresh blood from entering the heart. Just like hair loss, no matter how much it can be mended, it can't go where it should go, and the bamboo basket draws water with a sieve.
Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction: 9 grams of Angelica sinensis, 9 grams of Radix Rehmanniae, 6 grams of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 6 grams of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 9 grams of peach kernel 12, 9 grams of safflower, 6 grams of Fructus Aurantii, 3 grams of Bupleuri Radix, 3 grams of licorice, 6 grams of platycodon grandiflorum and 9 grams of Radix Cyathulae.
3. Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction
Further down the chest and abdomen is the lower abdomen, which is the softest place in the whole body. Because there is no bone protection, it is very vulnerable to cold evil. In addition, many women like to eat cool fruits and drink cold drinks, and the collusion between internal cold and external cold leads to cold abdomen.
On the day of menstruation, menstrual blood is tightly sealed by cold and cannot be discharged. Slowly, blood stasis is formed locally. Mild dysmenorrhea, severe growth of various lumps, such as uterine fibroids, such as ovarian cysts.
A constitution like this, with coldness, blood coagulation and blood stasis, will still be infertile. Look at the cold North Pole and South Pole. They lack sunlight. Nothing grows except endless glaciers. The uterus is as cold as the north and south poles. If you sow a seed, it will die before it takes root. How can we give birth to new life?
Dysmenorrhea, fibroids, cysts, infertility, the treatment is to use Shaofu Zhuyu decoction to dispel cold in the abdomen, remove blood stasis, and restore the lower abdomen to a warm and comfortable state.
Of course, not only women, but also men have lumps in their stomachs. As long as the syndrome differentiation belongs to cold coagulation and blood stasis, Shaofu Zhuyu decoction can also be used.
Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction: 7 slices of fennel (stir-fried), 3 grams of dried ginger (stir-fried), 3 grams of Rhizoma Corydalis, 6 grams of myrrh (ground), 9 grams of Angelica sinensis, 6 grams of Chuanxiong, 3 grams of cinnamon, 6 grams of Paeonia Rubra, 9 grams of raw cattail pollen and 6 grams of Trogopterori (stir-fried).
4, body pain Zhuyu decoction
I already told you the name. This is a specific medicine to relieve pain. Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can be used to treat shoulder pain, arm pain, low back pain, leg pain and even whole body pain, as long as it is blocked by blood stasis.
Shentong Zhuyu Decoction: 9 grams of peach kernel, 9 grams of safflower, 6 grams of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 9 grams of angelica, 6 grams of trogopterori, 6 grams of myrrh, 3 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 9 grams of Cyathula, 6 grams of earthworm, 3 grams of Gentiana macrophylla, 3 grams of Notopterygium and 6 grams of licorice.
So, what are the characteristics of people with blood stasis?
The first is the lips. Normal lips are ruddy and shiny. People with blood stasis have dark lips and swollen sublingual collaterals. Secondly, the complexion mentioned in synopsis of the golden chamber for the first time is dark, and dark is black with yellow, indicating blood stasis.
