What kind of soup does Chongqing make this season?
Papaya, carrot and corn soup

Papaya is known as the "king of all kinds of fruits". Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica records that papaya is warm and sour, calming the liver and stomach, relaxing muscles and tendons, activating bones and muscles, and lowering blood pressure.

"Baiyin soup" is the first soup for health preservation in autumn.

Specific practices are as follows:

Ingredients: white radish, tremella, duck soup.

Practice: Shred radish, half tremella, put in light duck soup and stew on low heat. Be careful not to take too long.

Tip: this soup should not be eaten with ginseng, and those with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold should eat less.

Taizishen Baihe decoction

Ingredients: Radix Pseudostellariae 25g, Lily 15g, Siraitia grosvenorii 1/4, lean pork 250g (I didn't see any good meat that day, so I changed it to scallops with meat 400g).

Water 1000ml. Note: Vegetarians can add two sweet corn instead of meat.

Put all the ingredients into a quick pot and cook the soup with old fire for 2.5 hours.

Those who cook soup with naked fire can put the materials into the casserole. After the fire boils, simmer for 2 hours.

Efficacy:

Pseudostellaria heterophylla is flat in nature, sweet in taste, slightly bitter, tonifying lung and spleen, benefiting qi and promoting fluid production.

Lily: sweet, slightly cold, can moisten the lungs and relieve cough, clear the heart and soothe the nerves.

Siraitia grosvenorii: Sweet, sour and cool in nature, it has the functions of clearing away heat and cooling blood, promoting fluid production to quench thirst, moistening lung and resolving phlegm.
