We only use drugs to treat the body, not the mind. So how to resolve the harm caused by the seven emotions? Be compassionate. All the seven emotions are caused by the "ego", and compassion can make people let go of the "ego".

"Tao" is the principle of the operation of heaven and earth and human society.
It is like an automobile manufacturing manual, telling engineers how cars work. Enlightenment is the highest state. After enlightenment, you can understand the origin of virtue, and you will naturally come to Xiu De. Not many people have been enlightened through the ages. Wang Yangming of the Ming Dynasty was an enlightened man. He is proficient in Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism and has never lost a battle in his life. He is a rare all-rounder in the history of China.
Sages such as Sakyamuni, Jesus, Laozi, Zhuangzi, Confucius and Mencius, and Wang Yangming all told the same "Tao" from different angles. I sum up three points: first, the world is constantly changing, and we are all fragments of change. Never cling to yourself. You earn10 billion, will this money be yours forever? You are just a long-term temporary host. Second, the world is integrated and closely connected in various ways. Your thoughts and actions will affect the world, and the world will give back to you in various ways and times. As a medical student, I believe this connection more and more. I met a large number of children who have a bad liver-qi. Some children can't speak yet, and their tongues have completely changed. Three-year-old children play every day. Why are they in a bad mood? Everyone was anxious at the sight of their parents' faces. It is strange that parents go home to amuse their children, but the anxiety at work is inexplicably passed on to them. Third, we can send out good thoughts and evil thoughts, but only by sending out good messages regardless of utility can the world around us develop in a good direction and we can spend this life happily.
"Virtue" is a code of conduct based on "Tao"
It is like a car manual, telling us how to drive. If you don't know the way, will you be Xiu De? Yes, Germany can make a contribution after it is repaired. For example, Zeng Guofan didn't talk much, but he really saved three times a day, which made great contributions to the situation of "tongzhi Zhongxing". If you don't understand, go directly to Xiu De. When you encounter problems, your heart will be entangled. You get angry when you are entangled. When you are angry, you can hold your lungs, and your lungs control your fur. Zeng Guofan has been struggling with skin diseases all his life, which is probably related to this.
Punitive measures are called "laws"
Used to maintain the social bottom line. Generally speaking, enlightened people and Xiu De don't need to use laws to restrain themselves. But if you can't achieve enlightenment and moral cultivation, in order to prevent mistakes, you can only rely on upholding the law. Society depends on three levels: Taoism, morality and law. Only law, without Taoism and morality, will bear too much tension and easily lead to the collapse of law. Shang Yang used Qin to govern the country well, but he didn't carry forward "Tao" and "virtue". The state of Qin soon perished, and Shang Yang himself came to a miserable end and died of a car crack.
"Leadership" is an art of displaying charm, which belongs to the level of enlightenment and Xiu De, and "management" belongs to the level of Xiu De and the maintenance of law. Entrepreneurs need to establish a great realm of life. Without "leadership", there is only "management", and enterprises can't do much. So what should entrepreneurs do to conform to the Tao? I think we should follow kazuo inamori's "altruism without self", put aside all selfish ideas as much as possible, and devote ourselves to all beings without paying back. This is exactly what Laozi said in the Tao Te Ching: "Good is like water, and water is good for all things without contention", and "the sage's way is without contention". When you put yourself down to do things for everyone, you can rest assured that everyone will return all the positive energy to you. In line with people's wishes, you can get the support of society and enterprises to the greatest extent, and then your efficiency will be extremely high.
Whether leaders follow the principle of "Tao" has a great influence on enterprises. Sometimes I can even judge the quality of his enterprise by looking at his employees' faces. I went to Wuhan Branch of China CITIC Bank (60 1998) to give a lecture before, and the staff were very happy to see it. The reason is that the president is very kind to them. A young man got a tumor, and the president said he would save his life at all costs. He was sent to Beijing for more than a dozen operations and spent all his medical reserves. "If you are kind to an employee, other employees can certainly feel it. When employees are in a good mood, they will naturally be good to customers and their performance will be good. As a Chinese medicine practitioner, why do you come to business school to give lectures instead of treating people? I don't think a few people can cure it in one day. Most diseases in China are caused by mental disorders. I'd rather give lectures in business school. Entrepreneurs will change a little, the integrity of enterprises will be restored, employees and bosses will be less sick, all products will be made, and all positive energy will be spread, so that enterprises will have a lasting foundation and benefit the whole society. So I often say that entrepreneurs are great bodhisattvas. If you change a little, society will change.
