Ruhe River originates from Wufeng Mountain in Biyang County, Henan Province, flows through Bantai and Xiaohe River in suiping county, runan county, Pingyu County, Zhengyang County and Xincai County, and flows into Dahe River. Ruhe River, commonly known as Nanru River, is an important tributary of the Red River, a tributary of Huaihe River. Before joining the Red River, the river was 222.5 kilometers long and the drainage area was 7376 square kilometers. Except for the mountains in the west, the rest are plains.
