When it comes to practicing Qigong, people immediately think of guarding the abdomen and opening up various methods. Qigong is closely related to mystery and the unknown. However, Wing Chun Qigong is simple and effective.
The method of restoring kidney-qi is the health qigong of Wing Chun. It was created by Mr. Cen Neng, a contemporary Wing Chun master, according to the basic principles of Dharma Yijin Jing and combined with practice.
Qigong exercise is a method that practitioners use special body and relaxation methods to act on the five internal organs and meridian points of the human body, and with the help of spatial material elements, through the way of "breathing in and out" or "guiding", enhance human function, thus promoting the operation of qi and blood and maintaining the prosperity of qi and blood. It is an effective traditional fitness method with China characteristics formed through thousands of years of long-term practice.
Kidney-qi returning to Yuan Qigong advocates nature. In the achievement method, it is natural breathing. Different from other qigong, breathing is suppressed to be slow, thin, slow and long, and there is no need to stick to the abdomen. This method can dredge all meridians and viscera, with quick effect, and effectively combine spirit, body and qi, that is, human spirit, body and breath. Through gradual and persistent exercise, the five zang-organs, the twelve meridians and the eight strange meridians are fully conditioned, so as to achieve the purposes of health care, physical fitness, disease prevention and treatment, anti-senility and longevity.
Mr. Cenneng believes that the method of restoring kidney qi to yuan is the method of collecting Wing Chun Boxing. Practice all kinds of boxing (such as careful thinking, finding a bridge, pointing and so on). ) and achievement methods (such as wooden pile, crouching tiger, hidden dragon skill, red sand hand, etc. ) Wing Chun Boxing, you must practice kidney qi and return to Yuan Gong, in order to bring the practiced skill into your body and hide it for yourself. The so-called achievement method also. So when I sing the Spring Festival, I can't help but observe and practice.
Matters needing attention
1. Training time: The training time for restoring kidney qi should be from ten to ten (i.e. from 5 pm to 1 1 hour). During this period, exercise can activate the kidney to absorb internal qi, promote the intersection of heart and kidney, nourish the five internal organs, and play the role of practicing qi essence and benefiting kidney. Of course, it is ok to practice in the morning or the rest of the time, without any negative effects, and it will not be possessed.
Second, the practice environment: the place with fresh air and few people is most suitable for quiet, avoiding sunshine and cold wind.
Third, control your sex life in this exercise.
Fourth, don't drink too much, but drink less. Being drunk can make you angry, and drinking less can also help you.
5. Don't be angry. Anger hurts the liver and is harmful to the body.
6. Don't talk while practicing.
Seven, generally within three months, there is a warm feeling behind the waist, from point to surface all over the body, but we must not blindly pursue it, let it go, let it go. This kind of pleasure is the consciousness of getting started in martial arts, but don't pursue it deliberately.
Now, the exercise method of restoring kidney qi to yuan, *** 14, is introduced as follows:
The first type: preparatory type
Legs naturally stand apart, slightly shoulder-width apart. Shoulder level and relax all muscles and joints. Hands droop naturally, palms are opposite, fingers are close together, especially the middle finger and ring finger are tight (the pericardium meridian of the middle finger is connected with the Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian of the ring finger), and the nose snores and sucks phlegm, which is not intended to suppress. You don't need to stay in your abdomen, just let nature take its course. When the lips are gently closed, the tip of the tongue naturally gently presses the upper jaw (connecting the two channels of Ren Du), and the eyes are slightly closed (looking up is angry, and looking down is angry).
The second type: take a deep breath.
On the basis of preparation, the palm is close to the four fingers, the thumb is tilted, the curved forearm is slowly transported to the front and lifted close to the body, and the palm is tilted to the thumb and raised to the chest. Turn the palm naturally, palm to the ground, thumb to palm, and slowly put it down until it returns to its original state. Breathe naturally and do it again after reduction. If this cycle goes on, you can do it six times in a row. The function of this prescription: it can make the qi of the three Yin San Yang meridians of the hand run at the same time, and promote the qi and blood circulation of the viscera. Because the thumb is upturned, the qi of Taiyin hand lung meridian can be moved from Shaoshang point to Zhongfu point, which can promote lung circulation, accelerate the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the lungs, and promote the effect of getting rid of the old and absorbing the new.
The third type: lifting the wrist to collect gas.

At the same time, the two heels are lifted upward, and the whole body weight is supported by the forefoot. Breathe naturally. Then, slowly return to the preparatory type. Do three cycles in a row (this formula should be done once after the fifth formula, the seventh formula, the ninth formula, the eleventh formula and the thirteenth formula, that is, it should be repeated once after each formula). The function of this recipe is to make the stomach meridian of foot Yangming, kidney meridian of foot shaoyin, spleen meridian of foot taiyin, bladder meridian of foot taiyang, gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang and liver meridian of foot jueyin move the qi of foot three Yin San Yang meridians.

Slowly, your body will return to the arms on both sides, and you will breathe naturally. Put down your arm and recover. Then tilt the side body to the right, with the same action and opposite direction. Three times on the left and three times on the right. This function can regulate the spleen and stomach and disperse qi. Indications: epigastric fullness and dyspepsia.
The seventh type: lift the wrist to collect gas.
Immediately after the above, repeat the third action once.

The body turns back to the front, the left hand bends with the back of the body, and the palm faces the sky all the time. Breathe naturally. After the left hand goes back to the waist, the right hand goes back to the waist to draw an arc, with the same action and the opposite direction. Left and right three times, cross each other. After the first type is completed, the palm of your hand slowly descends, and your arms slowly droop to your side to restore natural breathing. This formula can help yang get angry; Relaxing tendons and activating collaterals is indicated for qi stagnation and blood stasis, and blood stasis in meridians (especially waist injury).
