Misunderstanding of soaking feet in traditional Chinese medicine
1, mistakenly think that the effect of foot soaking with traditional Chinese medicine is poor. Many people use Chinese medicine to soak their feet once or twice and find that the effect is not obvious, so they think that the effect of Chinese medicine is poor. This idea is wrong. As we all know, the course of Chinese medicine is relatively long, so it takes some time for Chinese medicine to soak its feet to see obvious effects.
2. I mistakenly think that Chinese medicine can be used several times. Many people think that Chinese medicine is expensive and it is too wasteful to throw it away once or twice, so they will cook Chinese medicine repeatedly. Actually, it's just a waste of time. General Chinese medicine has been boiled twice, and its efficacy has been completely released. If it is boiled for the third time, these Chinese medicines have almost no efficacy.
I mistakenly think that the longer I soak my feet, the better. This idea is also wrong. It takes 30 ~ 40 minutes for Chinese medicine to soak feet, which is enough for the capillaries of feet to absorb effective Chinese medicine components. And soaking feet for too long is easy to sweat, and sweating too much is also harmful to health.
