Three steps of health preservation
Traditional Chinese medicine advocates that health preservation should be in the order of heaven and grasp the rhythm.

In a day, getting up early, after dinner and before going to bed are only the key nodes of health preservation. Every node has health tips that need special attention.

Getting up early is the time for the human body to recover from deep sleep.

There are three don't.

In the morning, after a night's rest, my body is still in a state of confusion. When sleeping, people's heart rate will slow down, and the blood flow rate will also become slow. At this time, I suddenly got up and the blood suddenly returned, which easily caused cerebral hemorrhage and heart disease.

An ancient physician said: "When sleeping peacefully, wake up first, then open your eyes, rub your hands hot, scald your eyes several times, turn your eyes left and right nine times, and then suddenly open your eyes wide to eliminate wind and fire."

Before getting up in the morning, you might as well lie flat on the bed, rub your hands and cover your eyes with your palm. Repeat this several times, then roll your eyes, open your eyes and get up. Doing so can effectively protect facial nerves and avoid being stimulated by cold air.

Huangdi Neijing said: "The people in the large intestine and the officials who preach have changed a lot.

Active peristalsis of large intestine in the morning. At this point, the large intestine has just absorbed Shui Gu's nutrition at night, and is preparing to discharge excess residue and waste.

People who eat regularly and are healthy generally defecate immediately after getting up in the morning. The regularity of defecation is a remarkable sign of the normal operation of human qi. Regular defecation in the morning can reduce the burden on the large intestine and liver, and also reduce the pressure on the bladder.

So, once you shit, don't hold it back. You should eliminate it as soon as possible, and drink a glass of water after getting up, which will help moisten the intestines and help the body detoxify.

There is a saying in Huangdi Neijing: "The stomach is the sea of internal organs, and it is also the morning, which is the time when food is most easily digested and absorbed in a day."

If you don't eat breakfast, your stomach will idle, which is harmful to your internal organs.

Especially after "detoxification" in the morning, you need to add some nutrition to your body.

So breakfast can't be delayed, the weight can't be less, and you can't worry about eating. Get up half an hour early, sit at the table and have a safe breakfast. Adequate nutrition can better support a day's work and study.

After dinner is the key stage of nutrient absorption, and there are three things that are not urgent.

Sun Simiao, the king of medicine, said, "It is sick to lie down when you are full. Lying down after a full meal means lying down and having a rest immediately after a full meal. Food is not digested in your stomach, and stagnation is disease. Therefore, it is appropriate to take a walk after meals. As the saying goes, "walk a hundred steps after a meal and live to ninety-nine." It can not only promote digestion, but also circulate body fluids, which is beneficial to health.

I just had a full meal, and there is still a lot of undigested food in the gastrointestinal tract. At this time, a lot of exercise can easily cause gastroptosis. Therefore, in Huangdi Neijing, it is said that "slightly warming clothes for limbs" after meals means not to exercise in a hurry after meals, not to mention using them violently for about half an hour. You can go out for a walk, take a walk and exercise until your body is slightly hot, which is enough.

Huangdi Neijing said: "Five grains are for nourishment, five animals are for benefit, five fruits are for help, and five vegetables are for supplement. Whole grains, vegetables and meat can provide the most basic nutrition for the human body. However, eating fruit immediately after a meal will increase the burden on an already full stomach. You can wait for the food to digest for a while, and then supplement it appropriately.

Going to bed is a critical moment for body and mind to adjust their breath. There are three shortcomings.

Some people like to eat midnight snack in the evening, especially foods with high fat content such as barbecue. All these will put a great burden on the spleen that should have rested. Saliva, or saliva, is produced and controlled by the spleen.

If you have a good temper, you can hold your saliva steady and won't overflow your mouth. However, if the spleen is overloaded, the function of "fixation" is out of order, and the phenomenon of "drooling" will appear when sleeping.

The night should be a time when the yang is gathering and the yin is rising. "Huangdi Neijing" says: "Yang, tired is loose. Overworking before going to bed will lead to excessive yang and emaciation. Once the yang is too strong, it will all dissipate, hurting qi and consuming blood, and the human body is deficient in qi and blood, leading to insomnia at night. Therefore, it is not advisable to be too tired before going to bed, and giving the body a period of rest will help to enter the sleep state.
