Ingredients: ribs 350g, kelp 340g;;
Accessories: oil, salt, carrot 1, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence.
Pork ribs, kelp and carrot soup
1 Blanch the ribs in boiling water, remove and drain. 2 Wash ginger and cut into thick shreds for later use. 3 Wash the wok, put less oil, heat it, add some shredded ginger, stir-fry ribs, add soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry for a few times, and then remove it for later use. 4 kelp washed and cut into sections, carrot peeled and cut into hob blocks. 5 burn a pot of boiling water with a health pot. 6 Add the above ingredients and stir slightly. After the water boils again, simmer for 30 minutes. 7 lift the cover two or three times in time to remove floating foam. 8 add some salt, add some chicken essence, adjust the taste and cook.

Stir-fry the ribs before using the soup. The ribs taste better and the soup is richer, depending on your preference. I like something light, blanch it and use it directly.
