Tian Chengyang Daochang was born in Shan County, Heze, Shandong Province. 1982, Laoshan Mountain in the East China Sea, the 24th generation of Quanzhen Longmen Sect. He lived in Laoshan Mountain for seven years and visited many high towns in Yin Da. 1987 entered the specialized course of Taoist knowledge of Chinese Taoist Association. From 65438 to 0989, he was elected as the deputy supervisor of Taiqing Palace in Laoshan, Qingdao, and a member of Shandong Youth Federation.
