How do people who are not old enough in their fifties and sixties usually maintain themselves?
At my age, so are some of my friends. As the title asks, I really feel that I am thirty or forty years old with some friends, or even younger. Of course, I understand that it refers more to psychological age.

I've thought about it. Why is this happening? Mainly because they get married at this age, just in time for the family planning policy. A couple only have one child, at most two, while our elders or elders have as few as three or four and as many as seven or eight.

Then I'll compare my generation with the previous generation. Most of my generation has only one child, and a child must be very spoiled. As a baby, I try not to let him suffer a little injustice. Children play with him, parents watch cartoons with him, children go to school, parents pick them up, and the relationship between parents and children becomes companionship and friends. Parents' psychological age always stops when they get married and have children.

The parents of the previous generation had many children, but it was difficult to manage them. Parents have to take care of their children with dignity and fight if they don't obey. If they don't go home for dinner, they will starve themselves and go to school by themselves. Parents naturally promote themselves to their children's superiors. As children grow up, their psychological age also grows up, because parents have to guide and educate their children from time to time as experienced people.

There is also the fact that the brains of our generation have not degenerated. They watch TV, play mobile phones and listen to music, leaving nothing behind. The stars on TV are all young people, and as a result of daily attention, they seem to have become young people. But the brains of the older generation have basically degenerated. No matter how much you teach them with your mobile phone, they can't teach them. They can only use old mobile phones, and naturally they think they are old.

Everyone has a person who will never get old. When I was lying in bed, it suddenly occurred to me that if there was a shortage of food, I could open up wasteland for farming. The price of vegetables went up, so I found a corner to grow vegetables ... When American troops entered the South China Sea, I took the lead in driving them away. Once outside, I walked very fast, and when I was out of breath, all these thoughts were gone.
