Health and health care digestive tract prevention
Although people's eating habits, diet structure and food storage methods have changed in recent years, the incidence and mortality of digestive tract tumors in China are still high. According to the data of National Cancer Center, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and intestinal cancer account for 43.3% of all cancers in China. Early prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment are the only way to stay away from digestive tract tumors. It is no longer strange for everyone that "the disease enters from the mouth". About 35-50% of malignant tumors are closely related to daily diet, and the digestive tract, as an organ that directly receives and digests food, bears the brunt. Therefore, the prevention of digestive tract tumors should also start with eating habits.

First, eat more foods that can prevent cancer. In daily life, we should adopt the policy of putting prevention first, provide a balanced diet, eat more health food with anti-cancer effect, and ensure that all food is fresh. It is not advisable to eat hard, spicy, nitrosamine-rich vegetables, salted fish, bacon and other foods, and do not eat moldy, overheated and rough foods. Chew slowly when eating, and pay attention to drinking water hygiene.

2. Dietary fiber High dietary fiber can significantly inhibit the carcinogenic effect of azomethoxymethane (AOX) on large intestine. Grain plant fiber has a strong scavenging effect on nitrosamines in acidic environment, which obviously reduces the concentration of nitrite in stomach. In addition, phytoestrogens, phenolic compounds, anti-starch and fructooligosaccharides in plants all have anti-tumor components. The onset of cancer often takes several years and is caused by many factors. Good living habits and a balanced diet are the best ways to stay away from cancer.

Third, change bad eating habits, quit smoking and drinking, do not eat fast food, hot meals, and do not eat pickled products containing more nitrite. Eat less or not eat high-fat, high-protein foods. Eat more foods, vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins and cellulose. Therefore, moderate exercise, enhancing gastrointestinal function, reducing constipation and keeping defecation unobstructed are beneficial to prevent intestinal diseases.
