The effect of vitamin E capsule depends on the content of VE in the capsule. You only need to look at the content of VE in each capsule, that is, the content of d-α- tocopherol. If it is very low, this VE capsule is not good.
Although the names are all called vitamin E capsules, they are very different, because many VE capsules are not all VE ingredients, and many health care capsules are filled with many impurities. The tocopherol purity of health care product VE is generally much lower than 40%.
If a vitamin E capsule indicates that each capsule contains 97.5 mg of d-α- tocopherol and each capsule weighs 250 mg, then the actual VE purity is only 39% if the two capsules are separated.
Personally, I think it must be right to eat high-purity food. Just like the milk storm that made a lot of noise some time ago, it is reassuring to eat real high-purity pure milk, but it is always disturbing to eat low-purity milk mixed with other substances, not to mention milk mixed with melamine.
China's national laws and regulations have a clear definition of pure natural vitamin E:
China Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the purity of pure natural vitamin E :D-α- tocopherol shall not be less than 90%, and the United States Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the purity shall not be less than 96%.
Strictly speaking, there are only three pure natural VE in China: Lion, Double Whale and Fang Quan. The purity of d-α- tocopherol is more than 96% of Lion natural vitamin E. Meet American standards.
