In what month will mullet be fried?
Generally, mullet fry can be stocked in March-65438+10.

Mullet culture technology;

Adult mullet culture refers to the production process of cultivating mullet fry into commercial edible fish in ponds and other water bodies. At present, mullet is cultured in Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang and other places, and intensive culture is adopted in adult fish ponds. At present, the intensive culture of mullet is the main mode of mullet culture in the Pearl River Delta region, with an average yield of 3-4 tons per mu and a high-yield pool of 5-7 tons per mu.

1. Intensive culture of mullet:

(1) pond requirements: Mud pond is the best choice for mullet intensive culture pond, which is not only low in cost, but also suitable for its living habits, convenient for adjusting water quality and not damaging fish. The water surface can be large or small, but too large a water surface can easily lead to uneven feeding of mullet fry, which is difficult to tame and manage. Therefore, 3-5 mu of intensive pond is generally suitable, the water depth is more than 1.5 meters, the bottom of the pond is suitable for sand and mud, the surrounding environment of the fish pond is quiet, and the drainage and irrigation are convenient. Fish fry enter tang qian, the fish pond is completely drained, cleaned and disinfected with quicklime and tea residue, and then fed with water to cultivate plankton. It is required that the PH value of the pool water is 7.8-8.5 and the transparency is 30-40cm.

(2) Release of mullet fry: Generally, mullet fry can be released from March to 65438+1October, but the release time is mostly from April to June. Put 20-30 barrels of water before planting seedlings to see if the medicinal properties of the water body have disappeared. The stocking specifications should be neat, the fish species should be strong and the damage should be low. The amount of seedlings released depends on the stocking specifications. Generally, put 15000-20000000 pieces of 3 cm long fish per mu.

(3) Feed feeding: mullet is a carnivorous fish. At present, chilled fish and small miscellaneous fish are still the main bait for artificial breeding of raw fish. But now puffed feed is used to replace chilled miscellaneous fish, and raw fish has been successfully raised, which will become the main way of intensive and intensive health fish in the future. The domestication method of feeding puffed feed is as follows: firstly, use chilled fish to lure food, and after 2 or 3 days, mix puffed feed with chilled fish of corresponding size according to the diameter of fry until the puffed feed is mainly used (above 90%) or fully used. The taming process takes 5-7 days. Feed it every morning and evening, and the daily feeding amount is 2-4% of the fish weight. The feeding amount should be adjusted according to the weather change.

Second, feeding management:

(1) Regularly adjust water quality: prevent water quality from deteriorating. High-density farming produces a lot of feces. If the water is not changed, the content of harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in the water body will increase greatly, and the content of dissolved oxygen in the water body will decrease, thus affecting the appetite of raw fish and causing raw fish to spit, thus affecting the growth of raw fish and easily breeding various germs. Therefore, fresh water should be replenished frequently to prevent water quality from deteriorating. The old flora B is applied to the pond water every three days, and the dosage is 1-2.5 kg/mu of water surface/time. After application, it can degrade harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and nitrite, and purify the water environment of aquaculture ponds.

(2) Disease prevention and treatment: Feed the bait kg/3g sulfadiazine every 10- 15 days to strengthen the disease resistance of raw fish. Once fish diseases are found and treated in time, feed them continuously for 4-5 days. Disease prevention: The breeding of raw fish is an intensive and high-density production process, which is very different from the wild natural environment, so it greatly increases the possibility of fish species being infected with various diseases. Once the disease occurs, it is easy to spread the disease. Even if control measures are taken, the cost is often high and the effect is not necessarily ideal, which brings immeasurable losses to farmers. Therefore, in the process of raw fish culture, we should pay attention to the policy of "prevention first, prevention is more important than cure". Diseases of fish: it is the interaction of fish injury, pathogenic bacteria and water environment, which leads to low resistance and immunity of fish and will lead to diseases of fish. Knowing this, the prevention and control of raw fish diseases can start from improving the environment, enhancing the resistance of raw fish and weakening pathogenic bacteria.

(1) Strengthen feeding management and enhance the disease resistance of fish. Feed properly, ensure feed quality (please choose raw fish feed), and strengthen daily aquaculture management.

(2) Improve the ecological environment, keep the water clean and fresh, keep the stability of various physical and chemical factors, regularly put in the old flora B, and change the fresh water regularly to keep the water environment stable.
