Content introduction:

Women's health can be divided into three steps:

Step one? Soothing the liver and regulating qi.

Most diseases of women are caused by stagnation of liver qi. The reason is that they are stressed, angry and always wronged. After a long time, I naturally got sick. Stagnation of liver qi will damage women's health from the inside out. Therefore, women's health, soothing the liver and regulating qi are the top priority.

The second step is to nourish yin and blood.

Women rely on blood to nourish, and blood deficiency is full of diseases. Because menstruation, abortion and childbirth are easy to consume yin blood, the situation of blood deficiency and blood stasis in women is very common, which is another major cause of many gynecological diseases. This situation can be treated by enriching blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.

The third step is to cultivate the mind.

Many women get sick not because of their bodies, but because of their thoughts. In fact, a large part of the reason for the stagnation of liver qi lies in the fact that the mind is not broad enough and it is difficult to take things into account. The ancients said, "There is no door to misfortune and happiness, only people call it themselves." The same is true of diseases. If you have a good attitude, stand tall, look far, get through it, live well, harmonize liver and qi, and keep healthy qi in your memory, the disease will not come to you.
