The hospital is located in the south section of Kaizhou Road in Puyang City, covering an area of 33 mu, with a building area of 1 1500 square meters and beds of 165. At present, there are more than 220 employees, including young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions at the national level 1 person, people who enjoy special allowances from the State Council 1 person, 2 graduate students and 6 chief physicians.

The hospital consists of outpatient department, inpatient department and health care department. The inpatient department consists of pediatric internal medicine ward, neonatal ICU ward, pediatric neurological rehabilitation ward, gynecological ward, obstetric ward 1, obstetric ward 2, delivery room and general ward. The Ministry of Health has 12 child health departments, including child growth and development monitoring clinics, mental health clinics and lead excretion clinics, and 8 maternity health departments, including premarital health care, perinatal health care and female workers' health care.
