Zhuangzi health milk
Sima Qian said it. There is a famous saying in China that food is the most important thing for the people. Sima Qian's "Li Sheng Lu Jiachuan": "Jun takes the people as the sky, and the people take food as the sky." Later, there was a similar expression in Chen Shou's "History of the Three Kingdoms": "The country is people-oriented, and the people take food as the sky." From ancient times to the present, it seems that no one has ever questioned the proposition that food is the most important thing for the people, no matter how high the temple is or how far the rivers and lakes are. This is because we all know that anyone who comes into this world starts with eating, which is called keeping healthy by eating. And this intake will last for a lifetime, until the last moment of life. As we all know, only food can make weak life stronger, strong life healthy and long-lasting, and healthy life long-lasting. Ji Kang called it "food to strengthen the body" in the theory of health preservation, and Sima Qian called it "health preservation" in the historical records. "Keeping fit" is for a healthy life, and "prolonging life" is for a long life. The connotation of health preservation is roughly these two aspects! Of course, the ability to eat is an innate ability of human beings-I have never heard that newborn babies must be trained to find and suck their mothers' nipples! However, although this ability is innate, it needs to be constantly improved and upgraded from every individual's life to the whole mankind. Imagine the difference in the realm and effect between eating in ignorance and eating in prosperity, and eating in childhood and eating in adulthood! This is because the ability to eat is very different. It is a profound knowledge to improve and enhance one's eating ability by paying attention to health preservation. And those who stumble greatly think that there are only two endings: one is "what to eat" and the other is "how to eat". People in primitive times undoubtedly experienced many twists and turns and even paid a huge price on the question of "what to eat". Everyone should know the story that Shennong tasted 100 kinds of herbs and encountered 72 kinds of poisons every day! At that time, Shennong risked his life to taste both medicinal materials and ingredients. Therefore, he is called the king of medicine and the king of grain. Moreover, the efforts made by China people (and all mankind) to solve the problem of "what to eat" began long before Shennong. Shennong has never stopped since. Today, we can enjoy so many beautiful animal and plant ingredients, in fact, it depends on the great efforts and even sacrifices of generations of ancestors, as Lu Xun said: "Many historical lessons are exchanged for great sacrifices. For example, let's eat. We can't eat some poison. We seem to be used to all this. It is normal. However, this must be how many people have died before. So I think people who eat crabs for the first time are admirable. They are not warriors. Who dares to eat them? Some people eat crabs and spiders, but they are not delicious, so they will not eat them in the future. We should be extremely grateful to such people. " Lu Xun said it well. As descendants, we should be grateful for the dedication and sacrifice of our predecessors! Source: Prose Monthly
