Maintain 10 seconds or so, then recover, repeat for 3~5 times, and then change your left foot.
2. Lie on your back on the ground or bed with your feet apart and your right foot tilted inward, so that your big toe can touch the ground as much as possible. Stretch your right hand horizontally, put your elbows on the ground, lift your right hip, and feel the tension of the muscles behind your thighs. Hold 10 seconds or so, and then resume. After doing it 3~5 times repeatedly, switch to the left.
