Yanglingquan Point: Jin Shu Huoluo Point
Yanglingquan human acupoints. The predecessors named it according to its location (gallbladder belongs to Yang meridian, outside the knee belongs to Yang, fibula has a small head like a mausoleum, and the depression in front of the mausoleum is named "Yangling Spring" because of its meteorological depth), also known as Jinhui, Yangling and Yangling Spring; It is the closed point where the foot shaoyang pulse enters, and it is the tendon meeting of Bahui point.
Indications:
Hemiplegia, paralysis of lower limbs, numbness, knee swelling and pain, beriberi, hypochondriac pain, bitter taste, vomiting, jaundice, and convulsion. Now it is mostly used for sciatica, hepatitis, cholecystitis, biliary ascariasis, knee arthritis, chorea in children and so on.
First, gallbladder-fu syndrome
Lingshu Pathogens Hidden in the House: "Combination of five Shu points" and "Lingshu Four Seasons Qi": "Evil is in the fu-organs, so take it together". The gallbladder is connected to the liver and contains clear juice. Liver and gallbladder are interrelated in physiology and affect each other in pathology. Therefore, the liver and gallbladder are mostly the same disease, because the damp heat accumulates, invades the liver and gallbladder, and bile overflows; Or spleen yang failure, damp-heat internal resistance, bile overflow; As well as diseases and syndromes caused by liver depression and qi stagnation, damp-heat in liver and gallbladder, excess fire in liver and gallbladder, all belong to the treatment range of this point.
Second, the disease of tendons.
Yanglingquan is the intersection of tendons, except for the convergence of tendons and gas. "Forty-five Difficult Classics" says: "Tenderness will lead to Yanglingchun". Therefore, Yanglingquan is an important acupoint for treating muscle diseases, especially lower limb muscle diseases commonly used in clinic. It has the function of relaxing muscles and strengthening bones.
Third, diseases and syndromes in meridians.
According to the circulation, needling direction and acupoint position of the foot shaoyang meridian, this acupoint is used to treat diseases of lower limbs, epiphysis, ribs and neck, as well as diseases of eyes, ears and head caused by excessive liver and gallbladder fire and menstrual disorder.
Acupoint selection method:
On the outside of the calf, when the fibular head is depressed in the front and lower part.
The selection method of this point is different in the literature of past dynasties. "Soul Pivot Benbo": "It's within reach." It is to let patients straighten their lower limbs and then take acupoints; Acupuncture: "Squat down and take it." It is to guide patients to take a squat posture and then set acupoints; China's acupuncture: "Sit, bend your knees, weigh your feet ... hold it. For those with dizziness and bending needles, the acupoints are selected in supine position or lateral position, and the lower limbs are slightly flexed when lying on the back, and they are taken in the anterior lower depression of fibula capitulum. This method makes patients feel comfortable and lasting, and it is not easy to get dizzy and bend needles, which is easy to cause menstrual qi, get qi quickly and have good sensory conduction.
Cholecystitis and lithiasis It is reported that acupuncture at Yanglingquan can make the gallbladder contract. The common bile duct contracts regularly to expel bile duct contrast agent and enter the duodenum. It can also promote bile secretion and has obvious spasmolytic effect on Oddi sphincter. Has therapeutic effect on chronic cholecystitis and calculus.
Acupuncture at Yanglingquan and Touyinlingquan for treating liver and spleen pain is effective. Use strong stimulation, keep the needle 10 ~ 20 minutes after getting angry, and screw it out.
95 cases of stiff neck were treated with stiff neck acupuncture in Yanglingquan, and the effect was good.
36 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by acupuncture at Yanglingquan, and the effect was good.
Acupuncture Yanglingquan regulates cerebral blood flow, which has a certain effect on cerebral blood flow. Acupuncture treatment has achieved good results for patients with acute ischemic stroke. Experimental research shows that acupuncture at Yanglingquan and Quchi points on the right side can affect cerebral hemodynamics, increase cerebral blood flow and reduce cerebrovascular resistance, but the cerebrovascular resistance is not obviously reduced after acupuncture. However, acupuncture has little effect on cerebral hemodynamics in normal cats.
