in view of

1. Party A and Party B signed the Beauty Salon Service and Nursing Contract numbered.

2. Due to the change of Party A's business focus, Party A will no longer engage in the beauty salon business, and Party A will be unable to continue to perform the beauty salon service and nursing contract.

In order to properly solve the follow-up issues of the beauty salon service and nursing contract, Party A, Party B and Party C have reached the following agreement through consultation:

1. Party B promises to sign a beauty contract with Party C within days from the effective date of this Agreement, and Party C promises not to refuse Party C's contract requirements for any reason. The term of the new contract is the remaining unfulfilled term of the original beauty salon service and nursing contract between Party A and Party B. Party C promises that after the expiration of this contract, Party B has the right to propose a renewal, and under the same conditions, Party C will give priority to it.

2. Party A promises to pay RMB to Party C within days after this agreement comes into effect and Party B submits a copy of the beauty contract between Party B and Party C to Party A as all expenses paid by Party A on behalf of Party B. ..

Three. This agreement comes into effect on the same day and after Party B and Party C sign the beauty salon care contract, the original beauty salon care contract signed by Party A and Party B will automatically become invalid, and Party B hereby promises to give up all recourse rights under this contract, including but not limited to liquidated damages and compensation for losses.

Four. Party A, Party B and Party C promise that there will be no contractual relationship between Party A, Party B and Party C after the signing of this agreement and the beauty contract. Only Party B and Party C have a beauty service relationship based on a beauty contract.

5. If either party violates this agreement, the observant party has the right to claim RMB as liquidated damages from the defaulting party and compensate all direct losses caused by non-performance of this agreement.

Any dispute arising from the performance of this agreement shall be settled by Party A, Party B and Party C through negotiation. If negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court of the place where the contract is signed for jurisdiction.

7. This Agreement is made in triplicate, with Party A, Party B and Party C holding one copy respectively. This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signature or seal by the three parties.
