Palace Pu 'er Tea: Emperor Gong Pu 'er
This time, "Bao" Pu 'er entered the market under the exclusive authorization of the Palace Museum, which not only gathered the profound palace Pu 'er culture contained in the Forbidden City, but also produced a set of two kinds of teas, which were named and packaged in the image of hall of mental cultivation Bao and Bao Empress of the Forbidden City. This is an unprecedented move, which can be called the dragon and phoenix in Pu 'er tea, with the appearance of an emperor and cultural commemorative significance. Palace Pu 'er culture is not only loaded in this way, but also in order to continue the rules of collecting royal tribute tea in those years and strictly follow the historical facts, the tea launched this time will be collected by Cheshun, a century-old tribute tea from Wu Rui Palace. Che Zhijie, the fifth descendant of Cheshun, will personally supervise the whole collection process and try to reproduce the palace quality with the secret recipe handed down by his family. The tea culture of Pu 'er Palace in Qing Dynasty, recorded in the historical materials of the Forbidden City, reappeared perfectly after nearly a hundred years of oblivion.

According to the person in charge of the authorized Beijing Gongzi Pu 'er Culture Communication Company, there are two models of this product, named Yangxintang Bao and Bao Queen after the imperial seal of the Qing Dynasty. A limited number of 800 sets of single-product teas are issued worldwide, each set containing 500g and 200g cakes. All the teas are pure raw teas made of old materials before the Ming Dynasty, which are collection-grade Pu 'er tea.

Common tea can be traced back to the Eastern Han Dynasty as early as the Three Kingdoms period. But it has been unknown for more than a thousand years and reached its peak in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Because of its unique health care effect, it was favored by the royal family in the Qing Dynasty. In the seventh year of Yongzheng (A.D. 1729), he became one of the tribute teas and began his career as a royal tribute tea. At that time, tribute tea was expensive as a national gift, and the price was higher than gold and silver. Its products, drinks, treasures and gifts are also exquisite.

At that time, only the royal family could enjoy the royal Pu 'er, which was a symbol of unique identity. Without royal blood, it is impossible to see. Even the founding fathers who were in power in the ruling and opposition parties, or the elders of the three dynasties who assisted the country, were only lucky enough to kiss the royal Pu 'er at the "Thousand Banquets" occasionally when they made contributions or retired.

In addition, Pu 'er tribute tea is not only dedicated to the court, but also presented to foreign envoys as a national gift. According to the Records of the Forbidden City, in 1792, Britain sent 95 people headed by Lord magal, the former governor of Madras, India, to see China in the name of congratulating Emperor Qianlong on his 80th birthday. 1793 (fifty-eight years of Qianlong) September 14, Emperor Qianlong received him at Jehol Palace (now chengde mountain resort) and hosted a banquet in Wanshutian, returning a large number of precious gifts to the British mission, including Pu 'er tea, daughter tea and (Pu 'er) tea cream.

It was not until A.D. 1908 (30th year of Guangxu) that there was chaos in Yunnan and bandits mushroomed, and tribute tea was transported to Kunming and taken away by bandits. The court could not pursue it, so the local government took the opportunity to stop the annual tribute of Pu 'er tribute tea for some reason.

At that time, Pu 'er tribute tea had been in the Qing Palace for nearly two hundred years, once overturned, and its edge was exhausted. Until today, the exclusive authorized institution of the Palace Museum has been adhering to the firm belief that the Forbidden City inherits the splendid civilization of the nation, and relying on historical records and time-honored craftsmanship, it has strictly selected, collected, produced and packaged the exquisite "treasures" tribute tea, so that the splendid tea culture in the Red Wall and Lake Biwa can reappear in front of us and let the world enjoy it.
