How long can I take a bath and eat fruit after wax therapy?
1. Wax brushing method. Dip paraffin wax heated to 55-65℃ with a flat brush, quickly and evenly brush it on the treated part to make the thickness of the wax layer reach 1-2 mm, just like shoes, socks or clothes made of paraffin wax, and then wrap it with a cotton pad to keep warm.

2. Wax board method. Pour the melted stone vinegar into various trays (preferably wooden pallet) with a thickness of 1.5-2cm, take it out and put it on a plastic cloth, then apply it to the treatment site, and then wrap it with a cotton pad to keep warm.

3. Wax bag method. Put the melted paraffin into a plastic bag, accounting for about 1/3 of the plastic bag capacity, remove air and seal. During treatment, the wax bag is soaked in hot water, heated, cooled to a semi-molten state (equivalent to 56-60℃), taken out and applied to the treatment site.

4. Wax dipping method. According to the different treatment sites, prepare special wooden or porcelain pots. First, wax is applied to the treatment parts such as hands and feet by brushing wax. After a layer of wax shell is formed, it is immersed in a paraffin container containing 55-60℃ for treatment.

Paraffin therapy is usually performed once a day or every other day, and each treatment lasts for 30-60 minutes, continuously 12-20 times. If necessary, start the second course of treatment after a week's rest.
