Cordyceps wine is different from liquor and has a shelf life, generally 20 years. Maotai Cordyceps sinensis wine is a health care wine with a shelf life, while Maotai Fuman Four Seasons Wine is an ordinary liquor, not a health care wine. The longer the time, the more mellow the wine tastes.
