What regimen have you known for a long time, but you didn't do it, and you regret it until now?
The culture of keeping in good health is profound, and we all heard many principles of keeping in good health when we were young. What impressed me the most was "eat seven points full" and "walk a hundred steps after dinner and live to ninety-nine", both of which are familiar knowledge. I didn't care then, but now I regret it.

When I was a child, I didn't pay attention to my health, and my favorite food was always inexhaustible. Long-term overeating has made my body extremely obese. At that time, I always thought that being fat meant being strong, and I was often proud of it. Later, I grew a beer belly. Now I know this is puffiness. I have symptoms such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia. In fact, eating seven points full is the most appropriate state, which will not cause an excessive burden on the stomach and will not produce a lot of excess fat.

I used to hear a saying, "Walk a hundred paces after a meal and live to be ninety-nine." For this health principle, I "exceeded my expectations". After every meal, I will go out to play basketball, football and swimming with my friends. Perfect beyond 99 steps. After a meal, strenuous exercise caused the stomach and intestines to be unable to digest and absorb smoothly, and occasional abdominal pain was never taken to heart, which led to appendicitis in the later stage. Now I understand that walking after meals can promote the digestion and absorption of the stomach, but don't do strenuous exercise.

Paying attention to health care since childhood is responsible for the body. Although our bodies are more or less in sub-health state, it is not too late to pay attention to health preservation, such as quitting smoking and drinking, not staying up late to watch TV and play games. Running in the morning and breathing fresh air will make you clear-headed and energetic all day. Drinking a glass of warm milk before going to bed at night will make you sleep at ease.
