Summary: The lung meridian is the starting meridian of the twelve meridians, and the twelve meridians's qi and blood all flow from the lung meridian. The lung meridian is connected with the liver meridian in the lung, and the lower intestine meridian is connected with the index finger (Shangyang point). The twelve branches of the lung meridian correspond to Yin, and the twelve o'clock corresponds to (03-05 o'clock), that is, when it is cloudy every day, the blood in the lung meridian is the most vigorous, and the lungs face a hundred pulses, and the blood begins to flow into the whole body.
Meridian circulation: it starts from the middle jiao, connects with the large intestine downwards, and then returns along the appetite, and enters the lung through the diaphragm. From the lung system (Zhongfu and Yunmen) to the armpit, it descends along the inner side of the upper arm, before the hand shaoyin and the hand jueyin pass, it descends to the middle elbow (ulnar point), descends along the ulnar margin of the inner forearm, passes through the cunkou artery and pulse (Taiyuan point), reaches the thenar, and then reaches the thumb end (Shaoshang point) along the radial margin of the thenar. Its branches branch from the back of the wrist and go straight along the radial side of the index finger to the end of the index finger (Shang Yang point).
