The practice of oven BearBiscuit
This is my first time, BearBiscuit.

I carefully prepared this BearBiscuit for the children, because I found that my daughter and her friends like cartoon bears, so I want to be BearBiscuit. I believe many children will definitely like to eat such cookies when they see them.

This is the second time after improvement. The formula and method are the same, but the shape of the bear is changed.

This homemade biscuit can be shared with friends as gifts on their birthdays and parties. Lovely shapes can attract people's attention, especially children. If you have time, you might as well learn to do it. You won't be disappointed.

Cooking can also release your stress.

Let's make this lovely biscuit together today. Get the materials ready first.

Make bear face chocolate dough: butter 120g, fine sugar 80g, egg yolk 2, a little salt, low-gluten flour 160g, almond flour 20g, cocoa powder 1 spoon.

Make light-colored dough for bear's ears and mouth: low-gluten flour 40g, almond flour 10g.

Take the children on a picnic, put the cookies in a small lunch box and take them to the wild to share with friends.

Let's learn how to do it together:

1. Sift160g of low-gluten flour and 20g of almond powder into a steel basin. You need these to make a bear face. )

2. Sift 40g of low-gluten flour and10g of almond powder into another steel basin. These are what bears need for their ears, mouth and eyes. )

3. Add cocoa powder into the steel basin of practice 1 and stir evenly.

Divide the flour and let's pass the butter. Stir 120g softened butter until creamy, then add 80g fine sugar and a little salt and mix well.

5. Then add the egg yolk liquid in three times, and stir it evenly in one direction with an egg beater until the butter expands and the color turns white. Every time you add the egg yolk liquid, beat it until it is completely mixed before adding the next time.

6. Now we take 50 grams from step 5, put them into the steel basin of step 2 (making flour for bear ears, mouth and eyes), and then stir them evenly with a scraper to form dough.

7. Wrap this little dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator first, then we can make it.

8. Add the remaining butter from step 5 to step 1, which is the flour used to make the bear face.

9. Stir well with a spatula to form chocolate dough.

10. We divide the chocolate dough into two parts, one is 1/3 (for ears) and the other is 2/3 (for face). Knead two pieces of dough into a cylinder, wrap them in plastic wrap respectively, and put them in the refrigerator 1 hour to make them hard, which is convenient for our later cutting.

1 1. Remember when we refrigerated a small portion of light-colored dough in the refrigerator? Now we have made three portions of dough, a big cylinder (bear face), a small cylinder (bear ears) and a light-colored dough (used to decorate ears and mouth).

12. Now let's take out the cylindrical dough of the bear's ear, cut it in half, and then coat the cut surface with a layer of protein.

13. Stick the ear on the cylindrical dough of the bear's face, adjust the position of the ear and fix it. Protein is very sticky and can be fixed quickly. Then put it in the refrigerator to harden the dough. We can slice it and cut it into thin slices about 0.3 cm thick.

14. Look, we have finished the facial outline of the bear.

15. Let's take the light-colored dough out of the refrigerator, let it soften for a while, then knead a little light-colored dough into a small disc and apply a little protein to the bear's mouth.

16. Continue to decorate the ears, and also glue them with protein.

17. My ears and mouth are stuck. Let's see if there is a lot of light-colored dough left. Let's add a little cocoa powder to the light-colored dough, then knead it evenly to make the dough dark brown, and then decorate the bear's eyes. Remember not to add too much cocoa powder, which will lead to dough failure. )

18. Our BearBiscuit blank is ready, put it in a baking tray, preheat the oven to 150, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

This is my second time. I adjusted the shape of the bear.

Does this version look cuter when baked?

It is not difficult to make this kind of biscuit, but it needs some patience. You can do it well as long as you have patience.
