This spot check is based on GB/T11416-2002 Daily Insulation Container, QB/T 2332- 1997 Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulation Container and GB 9684- 1988. T11681-1989 "Analysis method of hygienic standard for stainless steel tableware containers" tested the thermal insulation efficiency, odor, impact resistance, capacity, tipping test, connection fastness of handle and bail, hot water leakage, assembly safety and identification items of stainless steel vacuum. The main quality problems found in this spot check are thermal insulation efficiency, capacity, hot water leakage, impact resistance and unqualified items.
Insulation efficiency: insulation efficiency is the core index of insulation containers. This spot check 13 batch of products, the project does not meet the requirements.
Capacity: On the one hand, the capacity of heat preservation container can hold enough articles, on the other hand, it is directly related to heat preservation, that is, the same caliber. The larger the capacity, the higher the insulation requirements. Therefore, the positive and negative deviation of the heat preservation container capacity should not be too large. The product capacity of this spot check 19 project does not meet the requirements (including unmarked capacity).
Hot water leakage: this project involves the use safety and affects the beautiful use environment. When the problem of this project is serious, as long as the thermos bottle filled with water is lifted, hot water will leak from between the bottle liner and the bottle shell, scalding the user, even if the amount is small, it will leave water marks on the desktop and floor, which will affect the beautiful environment. In this spot check, four batches of products failed to meet the requirements.
Impact resistance: This project is related to the service life of the product. In the use of the product, it is inevitable that there will be bumps. If the material used for product accessories is poor in shock absorption or the accuracy of accessories is not enough, there will be a gap between the bottle liner and the shell. The shaking and bumping in use may cause the displacement of asbestos pad and the crack of small tail, which will affect the thermal insulation efficiency of the product. In severe cases, the bottle liner will also crack or even rupture. In this spot check, four batches of products failed to meet the requirements.
Marking: The national standard stipulates that the product name, capacity, caliber, manufacturer's name and address, adopted standard number, use method and matters needing attention in use should be clearly marked. In this spot check, five batches of products were judged to be unqualified because the capacity was not up to standard. There are still some irregularities in product identification that need to be corrected.

When choosing products, customers should also pay attention to not only the appearance, but also whether the instructions are insulation products.
