Its achievement method is characterized by practicing kung fu after meals through specific postures and movements, plus appropriate ideological guidance. After many years of class practice and student practice, it is proved that this method is simple and easy to learn, with magical effect and fast practice. It breaks the old rule that it is not suitable to practice after meals, and it does not take up working time. It is indeed the first choice for modern people to practice qigong.

It has been regarded as taboo for thousands of years, and few people dare to cross the line. This method is specially used for after-dinner practice, making full use of the opportunity of vigorous grain gas to practice, strengthening the gas collection in dantian and shortening the time to spend the small Sunday.

2. In qigong, it conforms to the philosophy of relaxing people. After eating, due to the oppression of the stomach, people will produce a lot of Shui Gu, and the blood supply is a little tight, resulting in a feeling of boredom after meals. They always want to lie in bed for a while. At this time, they use the opportunity of lying for a while to lower their legs, lie in the upper position, cover their abdomen with their hands, strengthen ideological guidance, relax their brains, relax their bodies and minds, sit down and relax, eliminate distractions and strengthen stomach peristalsis.

3. Medically, the training time after meals is reasonable, the systemic circulation of abdominal organs is vigorous, and the microcirculation is in good condition. Capillary opening is large and exercise effect is good. A reasonable posture of high supine position is beneficial to cardiopulmonary function, qi and blood circulation, avoiding the obstruction of the increase of abdominal pressure on the heart and lungs, and is beneficial to abdomen reduction. This is the best posture to relax muscles and nerves.
