In the aspect of prevention and health care of hypertension, it can be suggested that high-risk groups and patients with hypertension know their own TCM constitution classification according to different types, and choose different Chinese herbal tea and diet therapy for prevention and health care. It is mainly divided into three types: hyperactivity of liver yang, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, and mutual resistance of phlegm and blood stasis.
(1) hyperactivity of liver yang type:
1. Symptoms and signs: headache, dizziness, irritability, restless night sleep, red face and bitter taste, red tongue with yellow fur and thready pulse.
2. Commonly used Chinese medicines for prevention and health care include Prunella vulgaris, Semen Cassiae, Concha Haliotidis, Apocynum venetum, Mulberry Leaves, Chrysanthemum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Uncaria, etc. The commonly used foods in dietotherapy are horseshoe, pear, lotus root, celery, pork, scaly fish, soybean, tofu, nail fish and so on. It has the effect of calming the liver. Details are as follows:
(1) Chinese herbal tea:
1 Prunella vulgaris tea
Formula: Prunella vulgaris 10g, a small amount of green tea.
2 Jinyin Hawthorn Drink
Formula: 9 grams of honeysuckle and 0/5 grams of hawthorn/kloc.
3 Apocynum venetum and Schisandra chinensis beverage
Formula: 6 grams of apocynum venetum leaves, 0/0 grams of hawthorn/kloc and 5 grams of Schisandra chinensis.
4 cassia seed tea
Formula: cassia seed 15g, green tea 3g. (People with loose stools should use it with caution)
Uncaria China
Formula: 9 grams of Uncaria rhynchophylla and 3 grams of green tea.
6 chrysanthemum beverage
Formula: 9g chrysanthemum and 3g tangerine peel.
7 corn beard gouteng drink
Formula: 15g fresh corn stigma, 6g Uncaria, 5g chrysanthemum.
(2) Medicinal diet:
1 celery porridge: celery (roots, stems and leaves) 200g, rice 50g. Wash celery and chop it. Taomi, put it in the casserole. Add the right amount of water. When it is half cooked, add celery and slowly cook it into porridge. Take 200 ml each time.
2 Pueraria porridge (paste): 30 grams of Pueraria lobata powder (washed and sliced with fresh Pueraria lobata, dried with starch extracted by water mill) and 60 grams of japonica rice. Cook porridge together, eat it at breakfast and dinner, or cook 30 grams of pueraria powder with water into a paste. Take it three times a day.
3 Spiced pork of Prunella vulgaris: 20 grams of Prunella vulgaris, 20 grams of mulberry and oyster, 250 grams of lean pork, and appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar, salt and chicken essence. Wash Prunella vulgaris and oyster, wash pork and cut into pieces, put the medicine juice and pork into a pot, and simmer with low fire until it is 70% mature; Add mulberry, soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste, and continue to cook until the meat is thick. Eat meat and mulberries, drink soup, and accompany meals in moderation.
4 Fresh celery juice: Wash 250g fresh celery, scald it in boiling water for 2 minutes, take it out, chop it up, and add 100ml cold boiled water. Drink juice twice.
(2), liver and kidney yin deficiency type:
1. Symptoms and signs: dizziness, tinnitus, forgetfulness, dim eyes, fatigue, insomnia and dreaminess, soreness of waist and knees, fever of five senses, little or no red tongue coating, and rapid pulse.
2. Traditional Chinese medicines commonly used for prevention and health care are: chrysanthemum, Sophora japonica, hawthorn, celery, tremella, Lycium barbarum, Schisandra chinensis, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, etc. Commonly used foods in dietotherapy include sea cucumber, mussel, kelp, laver, eggs, duck, lean meat, soft-shelled turtle, soft-shelled turtle, bird's nest, tremella, honey and so on. Has the effects of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney. Details are as follows:
(1) Chinese herbal tea:
1 Juhuai green tea drink
Formula: 6 grams of chrysanthemum, 6 grams of Sophora japonica, 5 grams of Polygonum Multiflori Radix/kloc-0, and 6 grams of green tea.
2 Lycium barbarum mulberry chrysanthemum beverage
Formula: 9 grams of medlar, 9 grams of cassia seed, 5 grams of mulberry leaves and 5 grams of chrysanthemum.
Chrysanthemum, hawthorn and cassia seed drinks
Formula: chrysanthemum 3g, hawthorn 10g, rehmannia glutinosa 12g, cassia seed 15g.
(2) Medicinal diet:
1 medlar chrysanthemum porridge: medlar 15g, white chrysanthemum 4g, glutinous rice 150g. Chop Fructus Lycii and Flos Chrysanthemi, add glutinous rice and water, let stand for 30 minutes, and cook with slow fire to make porridge. Eat separately in the morning and evening.
2 Walnut porridge: 20 grams of walnut kernel, 0/00 grams of rice/kloc, and 0/5 grams of sugar/kloc. Wash walnuts and rice, put them in a pot and add 400 ml of water. Bring the fire to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes, add sugar and stir well. Diabetics don't use sugar.
3 hawthorn black rice porridge: 30 grams of hawthorn, black rice 100 grams. Soak fresh hawthorn or dried hawthorn in warm water for later use. Boil the hawthorn in a pot for 20 minutes. Remove the residue and leave the juice. Then wash the black rice and put it into hawthorn water to cook porridge.
4 Walnut sesame mulberry paste: 30 grams of walnut kernel and black sesame, 25 grams of black mulberry, and appropriate amount of rice and sugar. Wash walnuts, black sesame seeds and mulberries, wash rice, mash it into mud, add proper amount of water and stir it evenly. After removing the residue, take the juice into the pot, add rock sugar and appropriate amount of water and boil it into a paste.
5 tremella porridge soup: tremella 10g, medlar 25g, pork tenderloin 50g, chicken soup, salt, monosodium glutamate, wine and water starch. Soak tremella in warm water, wash tenderloin, shred, put in chicken soup, boil and stew for 30 minutes. Add Lycium barbarum, cook, add seasoning and starch to thicken. Can be taken with meals.
6 Chinese yam and medlar turtle soup: 50 grams of Chinese yam and medlar each, 50 grams of Ligustrum lucidum and Rehmannia glutinosa each 15 grams, 0 grams of dried tangerine peel 10, turtle 1 only, and proper amount of salt and monosodium glutamate. Remove impurities from the turtle, cut into pieces, wash, stew with water until the turtle is cooked, and season with salt and monosodium glutamate. Can be taken in moderation.
7 stewed turtle with Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Black beans: Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. 30g. 60g of black beans, turtle 1, 3 red dates, 3 slices of ginger, salt and seasoning. Wash the soft-shelled turtle, gut it, cut it into pieces and stir-fry it slightly. Put soft-shelled turtle, black beans, Polygonum Multiflori Radix, red dates and ginger slices into a pot, add appropriate amount of water to stew 1 hour, and add salt and seasoning. Can be taken in moderation.
8 Sea cucumber and mussel lean broth: mussel 40g, fresh sea cucumber 100g, lean pork 200g, dried kelp 10g. Wash mussels, cut sea cucumber into sections, cut pork into pieces, soak kelp, wash and shred for later use. Put mussels and pork into a pot, add water, simmer with strong fire first, then add sea cucumber, kelp and salt when it is seven ripe, and eat it when it is seven ripe.
9 Ophiopogon japonicus kelp pot duck mother: Ophiopogon japonicus 15 g, kelp 100 g, duck mother (specially for raising ducks) 1 (500 g), ginger 5 g, onion 10 g, salt 5 g, soup 400 ml, vegetable oil 30 g, Ophiopogon japonicus. Washing kelp, and cutting into 4cm long segments; After the mother duck is slaughtered, she removes hair, viscera, claws, boiled water and cut into 3 cm square pieces.
