1997 dietary guidelines for China residents were adopted and issued by the Standing Council of China Nutrition Society in April, including the following eight contents:
1, the food is diverse, mainly cereals;
2. Eat more vegetables, fruits and potatoes;
3, often eat milk, beans or their products;
4, often eat the right amount of fish, poultry, eggs, meat, eat less fat and meat oil;
5, content and physical activity should be balanced, maintain a suitable weight;
6. The diet is light and salt-free;
7. If drinking alcohol should be restricted;
8. Eat clean, hygienic and non-perishable food.
On June 65438, 2008+20081October 2, the Ministry of Health announced the new "China Residents' Balanced Diet Pagoda" (2007): (per person per day)
The fifth layer: (spire) oil (25g-30g) salt (6g);
The fourth layer: milk and dairy products (300g) and soybeans and nuts (30-50g);
The third floor: fish and shrimp (50- 100g), meat of livestock and poultry (50-75g) and eggs (25-50g);
The second floor: vegetables (300-500g) and fruits (200-400g);
The first floor (tower bottom): grain (2500-400g), water 1200ml, and 6000 steps of physical activity.
Correct regimen:
1, moderate diet, regular work and rest, combination of work and rest, no overwork;
2, the mood is relaxed, the mentality is peaceful, the essence is adhered to, and the essence is carefully maintained.
