Chicken breast 1, Pleurotus ostreatus 5-6, Zanthoxylum bungeanum 1, pepper 1, 2 spoonfuls of sour plum sauce, 8 grams of sugar, 5 grams of salt, a small amount of black pepper, 5 grams of cassava starch and 0/5 ml of rice wine/kloc-0.
The way of doing things
1. First, clean the chicken breast, take out the myofascia with milky white surface with a knife, then cut it into strips with the width of 1 cm, cut it into short films with a flower beater with the size of 1 cm, shred the green and red peppers, clean the Pleurotus ostreatus, remove the hard pieces of leaves and stems, and cut it into thin slices for later use;

3.
