What is Baduanjin? How to practice Baduanjin?
Baduanjin is a traditional fitness exercise in China, which includes eight movements, namely, holding triple energizer with both hands, opening the bow from left to right like shooting a sculpture, conditioning the spleen and stomach, lifting one hand, looking back with five strains and seven injuries, shaking one's head and wagging one's tail to get rid of heart fire, climbing the kidney and waist with both hands, and gathering fists to increase strength.

Practicing Baduanjin is helpful to regulate physical function, enhance physical fitness, improve immunity, and prevent and treat many diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbar muscle strain, insomnia and so on.

The method of practicing Baduanjin is relatively simple, either in the morning or before going to bed at night. It takes 15-30 minutes each time. Beginners can practice from the first tendon, gradually increasing the difficulty and time.

It should be noted that practicing Baduanjin requires keeping the correct posture to avoid injury.
