1) Before construction, the raw materials related to cement stabilized macadam shall be tested (the test results shall meet the design and specification requirements) and submitted to the supervisor for review. These include cement retest, stone screening, crushing value test, standard compaction and mixture ratio test.
2) According to the particle composition range of cement stabilized macadam, debug the particle mixer to make the stirred mixture meet the particle composition range requirements of cement stabilized macadam. Then adjust the dosage of cement according to the weight of each plate of stone, and adjust the water adding amount according to the total weight of each plate of mixture after adding cement (because cement stabilized macadam construction is in hot summer, the adjusted water content is slightly higher than the optimal water content 1%).
3) The surveyors throw out the center line and sideline, and mark the center line and sideline with white ash. According to the paving width of the paver, punch out each paving sideline.
4) At the center line and sideline of the road, do it outward, with a width of 50cm and a height the same as the compaction thickness of cement stabilized macadam. The soil model is tamped with vibrating fire rammer, and then manually trimmed to make the inside of the soil model perpendicular to the road surface.
5) Prepare the lower bearing layer: before paving cement stabilized macadam, clean the sundries on the lower bearing layer, and then sprinkle water to make the surface of the lower bearing layer wet, but the road surface should not be slippery due to excessive humidity.
6) Pave according to the performance of the paver. The beach paving width is 8m.
7) Elevation control adopts the method of hanging benchmark rope. Nail a steel bar every ten meters, then the surveyors will add virtual paving quantity and 10cm to flatten it according to the design elevation, and hang up the benchmark rope. When hanging the benchmark rope, the steel wire rope must be tightened with a rope tightener to avoid the benchmark rope sagging.
2, cement stabilized macadam construction:
1) mixing and transportation: 500t/h mixer is used for mixing, and 15t running vehicle is used for transportation. According to the site conditions and transportation distance (the maximum transportation distance is 1.5km), our company plans to invest 15 running vehicles, and increase or decrease vehicles according to the actual situation during construction.
2) Paving: the paving speed of the paver is controlled at 2~4m/ min, and the paving thickness is controlled at 24cm. Paver should be laid according to the paving thickness of 24cm. Immediately after paving, use a level gauge to detect the elevation, and use a 3m ruler to detect the flatness. Large-area paving can be carried out after it is qualified, otherwise the machine should be readjusted until it is qualified. In the process of paving, surveyors and inspectors shall check the elevation and smoothness every 5~ 10m to ensure that the paver always paves when the elevation and smoothness are qualified. After the paver, a special person shall be arranged to remove the "nest" of coarse aggregate in time and fill it with new aggregate.
3) Rolling: Rolling twice with a two-wheel vibratory roller, rolling four times with a single-wheel vibratory roller, and rolling twice with a three-wheel vibratory roller. At this point, the tester should immediately carry out the compaction test, and immediately roll the surface with a tire roller after the compaction degree is qualified. If it is unqualified, continue rolling until it is qualified, and record the rolling times. During the rolling process of rubber-tyred roller, the quality inspector will use a 3m ruler to detect the flatness, and the unqualified part will be rolled by rubber-tyred roller until it is qualified. Mixing, paving and rolling must be completed before the initial setting of cement. Rolling should start from the shoulder and reach the full width in the middle of the road. Vibrating roller should be staggered with shaft 1/2, and three-wheeled roller should be staggered with shaft 1/3. The rolling speed shall be controlled at1.5 ~1.7 km/h.

It is forbidden for the roller to turn around and brake suddenly on the completed or rolling section. During rolling, the surface should be kept moist. If there is air drying, the cement slurry should be replenished in time to make the surface moist. It is forbidden to splash water and sprinkle water to avoid washing away the cement slurry. The rolling operation section is 50m. If there are bumps and bumps caused by the suspension and rolling of the paver, remove them manually with an iron rammer. At the same time, quickly detect the degree of compaction, and make up the pressure as soon as possible if the degree of compaction is insufficient.
4) Treatment of transverse joints:
A, paving process without interruption. If the interruption exceeds 2 hours, transverse construction joints will be set and the paver will leave the end of the mixture. Manually cut the two ends together, place two squares with the same compaction thickness side by side, backfill the outside of the squares with gravel for 2-3m, and compact the mixture. When paving the mixture again, clear the square wood and gravel and continue paving. If it is not handled according to the above method, the uncompacted mixture will be removed, and the end with the compaction quality meeting the requirements will be cut off to continue paving. The next day, spread a layer of cement slurry on the surface of the stubble to facilitate the combination. The upper and lower layers of stubble are not in the same position, and the phase error is not less than1m. Longitudinal seam:
When paving a picture, the side near the center will be supported by square wood. Before paving the next picture, the square wood will be removed and water and mud will be combined.
B. If the interruption exceeds 2 hours, remove the uncompacted mixture near and below the paver, dig the compacted end with satisfactory elevation and smoothness into a vertical downward section, and then pave a new mixture.
3. Health
1) Maintenance shall be carried out immediately after each section of construction is completed. The curing period shall be 7 days, covered with geotextile and watered.
2) During the maintenance period, heavy vehicles are prohibited from passing except sprinklers. The speed of other vehicles cannot exceed 30 km/h.
Safe and civilized construction:
Before construction, the machinery should be overhauled in advance to ensure trouble-free operation of the machinery, especially the braking and steering system of the machinery, and we should not take any chances. During the construction of mechanical operation, there should be a special person to command, especially when approaching the outer edge and reversing, you should slow down and obey the command. Before construction, organize on-site construction personnel to carry out safety education, stay away from machinery, collect and remove large stones and clods by machinery, and do not roll down the slope to avoid accidents.
