Bones suitable for cats:
Cats will like softer and smaller bones. Chicken neck and wings are the best, and rabbits. Cats are happy to handle the whole chicken rack, but they often leave the big bones to the dogs to clean up. Many people can't believe that cats can eat bones, but when you see them eat rabbits with your own eyes, you will understand that they have this ability. It's just that many cats are too lazy to work hard.
It is relatively difficult for adult cats to start eating bones, especially cats that never eat fresh raw meat. It is also difficult to get cats with dental diseases to start eating bones. The best way is to let your cat eat raw bones from an early age and stick to it as a habit.
Dogs and kittens eat a bone every day during their growing period. Puppies and kittens are about 4-5 weeks old, and they can start eating some soft raw meat and bones as soon as they have deciduous teeth.
Adult dogs and cats can also eat bones every day, at least twice a week. Older cats and dogs should get more bones because they need more calcium to keep healthy and avoid arthritis.
Be sure to feed raw bones: cooked bones are harder and more brittle than raw bones.
