Yam can be eaten with black beans.

Ingredients: stewed mutton and soup, 200g black beans, 1/2 yam, 3 red dates, 5g shredded ginger, 20g coriander, 3g salt and 1 g pepper.

Production method:

1. Wash black beans and soak them for 5 hours in advance.

2. Wash and peel the yam and cut it into hob blocks.

3. Put the soaked black beans and yam slices directly into the mutton stew pot, add red dates and ginger, and bring to a boil.

4, stew for 20 minutes, until the black beans and yam are cooked, add salt and pepper and coriander.

5. Turn off the fire and serve.
