According to legend, Huangdi Neijing was written by Huangdi, hence its name.
Original: Taking wine as a pulp, I was reckless and drunk in one room, trying my best to exhaust its essence and dissipate its truth. I didn't know how to hold it full, and from time to time, I quickly followed my heart, disobeyed my life and lived without restraint, so I was half dead.
Taking wine as soup, misconduct, drunkenness and indulgence, and ejaculation for quick success and instant benefit, thus dissipating the true qi. I don't know how to control myself, and I don't always control my thoughts. In order to be quick, I violate the normal law of life and have no principles. So, at the age of 50, I am aging.
