Home-cooked dish dun dou da quan
The first function of beans is to reconcile middle qi and lower qi, because from the perspective of Chinese medicine diet, beans enter spleen meridian and stomach meridian, so for people with insufficient gastrointestinal peristalsis, hiccups, diarrhea and indigestion, if eaten properly, the effect of treating middle qi deficiency will be more obvious. The second function of beans is to promote lactation and reduce lactation. For lactation deficiency caused by postpartum qi deficiency and blood deficiency, if beans are eaten properly, it has a good effect of promoting lactation and reducing lactation. The third function of beans is that they contain dietary fiber, which can stimulate intestinal peristalsis well and play an important role in preventing constipation.

Stewed beans

1. Wash the beans without tendons, and break them into 2~3 sections by hand according to the length of the beans (be sure to wash them before breaking them into sections to avoid excessive moisture in the beans).

2. Pork belly is cut into 2 ~ 3mm thick slices.

3. Put a little vegetable oil into the pork belly when the pot is hot, and slowly fry the fat in the meat with a small fire.

4. Cook the cooking wine along the side of the pot, and then add the onion and ginger to stir-fry the fragrance.

5. Stir-fry the beans on medium heat until they are soft (it takes about 10 minutes, which is the key step, otherwise the stewed beans will not smell fragrant).

6. Pour in two kinds of soy sauce and pepper powder and fry 1 min.

7. Add hot water in the same amount as the usual stew.

8. Stew for a while on medium and small fire, and add salt when the water is half.

9. Then collect the soup from the fire, turn off the fire, and be sure to leave some soup. Bibimbap is delicious.
