Neijiaquan
Compared with Waijia Boxing, Neijia Boxing is another practice of Yin and Yang Theory, and the biggest difference is the different understanding and application of the body. The linear relationship between yin and yang points out the difference between internal and external boxing systems. The internal movement relationship between two points is external boxing, just like the line in electromagnetism that opposites attract and don't run between them, which is what we often say. Like archery and axe chopping? It depends on consistency, mostly using contractile muscles in the human body. Between two points, the movement relationship between the external support and the external pull is the internal fist, just like the repulsion of the same sex in electromagnetism, and the movement beyond two points, just like the relationship between the nail and the hammer, relies on the strength of another point, and mostly uses the muscles in the human body to expand. This is why psychological boxing theory has three sections and four strokes. The tip is like a nail, the middle is like a hammer, and the root is like a hammer handle. The muscles in the four tips control the weight and trajectory of the human body, the tendons control the connection and continuity of the human body, and the bones control the vertical pull of the human body and the force and acceleration of the human body. Therefore, China's family boxing system is unique to China Kung Fu in the world Kung Fu forest.
Born at home, the family outside is unhealthy. Most ancient Taoist priests were doctors. Alchemists meditate and observe everything in the world. From generation to generation, he knew all about any subtle part of the human body structure and studied it thoroughly. Countless people, countless generations of development, created a variety of health boxing. There are three boxing systems in China Wushu: Taiji, Xingyiquan and Bagua Boxing. Tai Ji Chuan's theoretical system is a supplement to the nine essentials of psychological boxing, and Xingyiquan is another name of psychological boxing.
"Qi Yi, Er Yi, San Jie, Si Shao, Xing Wu, Liu He ……", the theoretical system and training system of Mind Boxing is the earliest internal boxing system in China Wushu. His classic works are the treasures of China Wushu culture and play a leading role, and many Wushu schools have benefited a lot from its influence.

Comparison and Difference of Neijia Boxing
China Wushu proverbs often say that "there is a breath inside and a muscle and a skin outside".
Neijia Boxing and Waijia Boxing are distinguished by the fact that this boxing is used to practice qi and bones. Practicing Qi (guiding Qi with intention and leading limbs with Qi) is more important than practicing bones and muscles, which is called Neijia Boxing. Any move it makes is based on intention, followed by fist and fist, and more importantly, it combines rigidity and softness to get ahead of the enemy. For example, Tai Ji Chuan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang and wudang boxing are the most typical family-run boxing methods. A boxing method that is more important than practicing qi is called Waijiaquan, which pays more attention to defeating the enemy with strength and speed, and puts moves first. For example, Shaolin Boxing, Hongjia Boxing and Jeet Kune Do all belong to foreign boxing.
There are differences and connections between Neijia Boxing and Waijia Boxing. Internal boxing has internal strength and external strength, and it combines rigidity and softness. Waijiaquan also has internal and external skills, combining rigidity with softness. Neijia Boxing is developed on the basis of Waijia Boxing. Both Waijia Boxing and Neijia Boxing have bionic pictographs.
There is only a difference in style between Neijia Boxing and Waijia Boxing, but there is no difference.
In the legendary swordsman, Mr. Jin Yong spoke incisively and vividly about the internal and external disputes of Huashan School.
