Shang xian Dan Chang

The status of Shangdantian was influenced by Tianyuan and ruled by Tan. Shanzhong point is in the chest, and the main temperature is between the skin and the muscles, if it is foggy. " There are many different names and argots in Shangdantian, among which Kunlunding, Taijianchi, Zijincheng, Qingxufu, Taiwei Palace, Liu Zhu Palace, Samadi, Manizu, Xuan Shi, Huang Fang, Tiangong, Zhen Ji, Shangdao, Tiangen, Xuanmen, the other shore, Yaochi, Gutian and Renyuan are all listed in the Reflection of Life.

Zhong dantian

③ refers to Huang Ting. That is, between the heart and kidney, in the middle of the suit. This statement has been affirmed by most Taoist masters.

4 refers to the middle focus. On Yuan Qi: "If you are in the middle of cola, you will be in the abdomen. Its dividing line is from the heart to the navel. The position of midabdomen is affected by the yin of the earth and treated by gastric tube. The stomach tube point is under the heart, mainly rotting the valley and boiling water, changing the taste of the valley in the stomach, bleeding and hiding the shape of the fu-organs, such as the steaming of the earth. "

In addition, umbilical middle school said that it seems not advisable to confuse it with Xiadantian.

Xiadantian

Therefore, this area is not only valued by Taoist Qigong, but also by Confucianism, medicine, Buddhism (the cloud "Youtuona" means one inch below the navel), martial arts and yoga (such as visualizing some "gas wheels" and "Kundalini snakes" related to this area). So generally speaking, the original intention is to protect the abdomen, that is, to expose the abdomen.
